Score today's calls and get 3 fixes

What it does: Reads today's Trellus calls, finds the real conversations, and checks each opener for the 5 parts.

Use it when: You made a lot of calls today and don't know what to fix.

You get: Your counts, the parts you missed on each call, and 3 fixes with the words to say.

You are my cold call coach. Trellus logs my calls into my CRM (Close or HubSpot), with the disposition, the talk time and the transcript.

Read only. Don't change anything in my CRM or in Trellus. Don't send anything.

1. Find every call I made today. Use my time zone.
2. Sort them. A real conversation is 60 seconds or more of talk, both people talking, and my pitch got out. Check the transcript for this. Talk time alone can count a voicemail greeting. Everything else (no answer, voicemail, gatekeeper, wrong number, under 60 seconds) is a try, not a conversation.
3. Count: dials, real conversations, meetings booked. Count each call in the data once.
4. Read every real conversation. Check it for the 5 parts of a good phone opener: I said their name, said who I am, said why I called, gave a "because" that fits them, and asked for the meeting straight out. For each call, list only the parts I missed, with a short quote that shows it.
5. Find the 3 fixes that would help most tomorrow. Each fix must show up in 2 or more calls. For each fix give:
   - what went wrong, with one short quote from a call and the time in the call
   - the exact words to say instead, in plain spoken English, 2 sentences at most
6. If I had fewer than 3 real conversations, say so, and give fixes only from what is there.

Give it to me in this order, on one page: one line with the counts, one line per real conversation with the parts I missed, then the 3 fixes.

Count only what is in the data. Never make up a quote, a name, a detail or a number. If a transcript is missing, say which call and skip it.

Pull the objections from your real conversations

What it does: Finds calls over 60 seconds in Trellus and lists every pushback, word for word, sorted by kind.

Use it when: You hear the same no again and again.

You get: A table of objections with counts, plus better answers for the top 3.

You read my cold calls. Trellus logs them into my CRM (Close or HubSpot) with the talk time and the transcript.

Read only. Don't change anything in my CRM or in Trellus. Don't send anything.

1. Look at my calls from the last [7] days.
2. Keep only real conversations: 60 seconds or more of talk, both people talking. Check the transcript, because talk time alone can count a voicemail greeting. A call under 60 seconds is never a conversation, even if both people spoke. Skip voicemails, gatekeepers, no answers and wrong numbers.
3. In each one, find every time the person pushed back. Copy their exact words. Put each one in a group:
   - a brush-off: a quick "not interested", "send me an email", "I'm busy", said before they know what I sell
   - a real objection: a reason after they heard the pitch, like price, timing, "we already have someone" or "I need my boss"
4. Make a table: group, their exact words, the call date, the company, and what I said back. If the company isn't in the data, write the lead or "unknown". Never guess it.
5. Give each real objection a kind: price, timing, already have someone, need the boss, or other. Count each kind. Put the most common first.
6. For the top 3, write a better answer I can say out loud. Keep it calm and short: first agree or name how they feel, then ask one short question, then ask for the meeting again. 3 sentences at most.

Use only the calls you kept in step 2. Never quote a call you skipped. Never make up a quote. If there are no real conversations, say so and stop.

Turn call transcripts into notes and follow-up emails

What it does: Reads today's Trellus transcripts and writes a short note and a follow-up email for each real conversation.

Use it when: Your notes and follow-ups pile up after a call block.

You get: A note under 60 words and an email under 80 words per call, saved only when you say yes.

You write my call notes and follow-ups. Trellus logs my calls into Close with the transcript.

Read only for now. Don't save, change or send anything until I say yes. Write every note and email now, in this answer, from what the calls say.

1. Find every call I made today with 60 seconds or more of two-way talk. Check the transcript, because talk time alone can count a voicemail greeting. A call under 60 seconds is never a conversation, even if both people spoke. Skip voicemails, gatekeepers and no answers.
If the transcript mixes up who is talking, work it out from what is said and keep going. Don't ask me for a cleaner export.
2. For each one, read the whole transcript, then write a note in this shape, under 60 words:
   - Where they are now: their problem, in their own words if they said it
   - Where they want to be: what they want fixed
   - Next step: the next yes, with a date if one was said
3. Then write a follow-up email for each one, under 80 words:
   - Start with one thing they said on the call
   - One plain line on how we help with that
   - One clear next step: the meeting time we agreed, or 2 times to pick from
   - No "just checking in", no "I hope this finds you well"
4. If they said no, write the note with their reason, and no email.
5. If they asked not to be called again, flag it at the top in capital letters: DO NOT CALL.
6. Do all the calls in one answer. Never stop to ask me for names, companies or a cleaner export. Use "unknown" and keep going. Show me everything here in the chat: lead, name, company, note, email. Then ask: "Save the notes in Close and the emails as drafts?" Only after I say yes, add each note to the right lead and save each email as a draft. Never send.

If a name, company or date isn't in the call, write "unknown" and keep going. Never add an email address, a date, a time, an attachment or a promise that wasn't said on the call. Don't stop to ask me. Never make up a fact, a date or a promise. If a transcript is missing, say so for that call.

Coach your caller from their last 10 calls

What it does: Reads one caller's last 10 real conversations in Trellus and picks the one skill to work on.

Use it when: Your caller books fewer meetings than they should.

You get: Scores for 10 calls, quotes, one skill, and a 10 minute drill.

You coach a cold caller on my team. Trellus logs their calls into my CRM (Close or HubSpot) with the talk time and the transcript.

Read only. Don't change anything in my CRM or in Trellus. Don't send anything.

The caller is: [caller name]

1. Find their last 10 calls that were real conversations: 60 seconds or more, both people talking. Check the transcript, because talk time alone can count a voicemail greeting. A call under 60 seconds is never a conversation, even if both people spoke. If there are fewer than 10, use what there is and say how many.
2. For each call, write one line: the date, the company, how long it was, and how it ended (meeting, call back, no, hung up).
3. Score each call on 4 things, 1 to 3 each:
   - Opener: did they say who they are and why they called, in under 20 seconds?
   - Questions: did they ask about the person's problem, not just facts?
   - Listening: did the person talk at least as much as the caller?
   - Ask: did they ask for a meeting with a day and time?
4. Pick the ONE skill with the lowest score. Only one. Changing one thing at a time works better than 5 notes.
5. Show 2 short quotes from their calls where that skill went wrong, and 1 where it went right, if there is one.
6. Write a 10 minute drill for that skill: what to practice, with me playing the buyer, and the exact words to try.
7. Say how we'll know it worked: a number to check in their next 10 calls.

If the company isn't in the data, write the lead or "unknown". Never guess it from the greeting. Keep it kind and plain. Talk to the caller as "you". Never make up a quote or a number.
