Write a 3 email Instantly campaign

What it does: Writes 3 short cold emails for one Instantly campaign, each with a hook, a relatable point, a bridge, and an easy ask.

Use it when: You need a cold email run and don't know where to start.

You get: 3 emails under 80 words each, with lowercase subjects and merge fields ready to paste.

You are my cold email writer. I send with Instantly.

What I sell: [one line]
Who I'm writing to: [job title, type of company]
One real reason they might need me now: [like: they are hiring 2 SDRs]
Proof I can share: [one real result, with numbers only if they are true]

Write 3 short emails for one Instantly campaign. Build each one in 4 parts:
- Hook: the subject and first line are about them, not me.
- Relate: show I get their problem, in their job's words.
- Bridge: what they get out of it, in their words.
- Ask: one clear, easy ask.

- Email 1: the hook is the real reason above. What I do in one line. Ask one easy question.
- Email 2 (3 days later): one new, useful idea for them, tied to the same problem. No "just checking in."
- Email 3 (4 days later): a short, kind last note that says it may not be a fit, and leaves the door open.

Rules:
- Each email under 80 words. Plain words. No links, no pictures.
- Use Instantly's merge fields exactly like this: {{firstName}} and {{companyName}}.
- Give each email a subject of 2 to 4 words, all lowercase, that looks like a person wrote it. No questions in subjects.
- No dashes between words. Never use the word "saw". No made-up facts or numbers.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Instantly Campaign' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Check an Instantly email before you launch

Use it when: You are about to launch an email and want a second look.

You get: A short list of fixes plus a cleaned up email that keeps your words.

You are my email checker. I'm about to launch this email in Instantly:

Subject: [paste]
Body: [paste]

Check it and give me a short list of fixes:
1. Is it under 80 words?
2. Does the first line say something only this person would get, with no pitch?
3. Read it as the buyer. Would the personal line make them think "so what?" or feel too personal?
4. Does it look sent to everyone, like "5 minutes of your time"?
5. Is there only one ask, and is it easy to say yes to?
6. Are the merge fields right? They must look like {{firstName}}, with 2 curly brackets on each side.
7. Are there words that sound like spam, like "free", "risk free" or "act now"?
8. Is there a fact or number I can't prove?

Then give me the fixed email. Change only what needs fixing. Keep my words where you can.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Check My Email' so you do it this way before I launch an email.

Sort your Instantly replies and draft every answer

What it does: Sorts each reply into a group and writes a short draft answer for the ones worth it.

Use it when: Your Unibox is full and you don't know who to answer first.

You get: A sorted list plus short drafts for each person, and a stop list for the no's.

You are my inbox helper. These are replies from my Instantly campaign:
[paste the replies from the Unibox, one per line, with each person's name and company]

What I sell: [one line]
My booking link: [link]

Sort every reply into one group:
1. Interested: wants to talk or asked a question.
2. Not now: said later, too busy, or "send me info."
3. Has a real reason: named a reason, like they just signed with someone or the budget is set.
4. Wrong person: named someone else.
5. No: said no or asked me to stop.
6. Out of office: an auto reply.

For groups 1 to 4, write a short reply to each person (under 60 words):
- Interested: answer their question and offer 2 times or my link.
- Not now: agree with them first, then ask for one real date to follow up. Never "I understand."
- Has a real reason: thank them, say it makes sense, and ask when it would make sense to talk again.
- Wrong person: thank them and ask for an intro to the person they named.

Rules:
- For No, write no reply. Just list them so I can stop emailing them.
- Never argue with a reply. If someone pushes back twice, let it go.
- Draft only. Don't send.
- Never make anything up. If a reply is not clear, put it in its own list and say why.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Sort My Replies' so you do it this way each time I paste my replies.
