How much is it?
The build starts at $3,000 USD. If you want us to run it for you, that starts at $5,000 USD a month, for at least 3 months: everything from prospecting to your whole go-to-market, and we hire people if you need them. We fit it to your budget. Your plan has the exact quote. Or get the build free with a founder's year: $4,800 for the first 10 people, with a weekly group check-in for 12 months.
What does it cost to run each month?
The build is a one-time fee, starting at $3,000. Running it costs about $250 to $500 a month for one person: your CRM seat, a prospecting tool, a LinkedIn tool, phone checks, an AI model and a phone number. More people or more volume costs more. We give you the exact number in your plan. Ads are optional. The system runs without them.
How long does it take?
A few days. We set up your whole Close account in a few days.
Is there a call?
No, unless you want one. Everything happens by email and Slack.
Can it send texts in the US?
We need your business details to submit your A2P registration for US texting. Once the carrier approves it, texts and reminders turn on. It needs a registered business with an EIN, and a website with a privacy policy. Email, LinkedIn and the AI follow-up go live first. Canada is faster.
What if it isn't live in 14 days?
We keep working on it with you for free until it is. That holds as long as you send your keys in your first week and answer setup questions within 1 business day. Will it work for my business?
It works best for B2B service firms (consulting, coaching, agencies, trade services) that already sell something people buy. If you have never sold your offer, start with the free guides first.
Is LinkedIn outreach safe?
LinkedIn limits automation. We keep daily limits low and human-paced, and it's your choice to turn LinkedIn on. Accounts that go too fast can get restricted, so we don't.
Will it hurt my email?
Cold email goes out from a separate sending domain we set up for you, with warm-up first, so your main inbox stays safe. Full volume starts after warm-up, about 2 to 3 weeks.
Do I need Close already?
No. We set it up.
Is my data safe?
We start with read-only access. You can turn our access off any time, and keys are never sent by email.
