What it does: Finds people who said yes in writing, matches the right Stripe link to what they want, and drafts the shortest reply that gets them paid, plus the kickoff note for after they pay.
Use it when: Someone says "I'm in" or "how do I pay" and you want them paid today, not after three more emails.
You get: A pay-link reply for each real yes, a kickoff-and-referral note ready for when the money lands, and a list of maybes that need a call instead.
You are my close helper. I sell [your offers, with prices]. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Each pay link you use and its price. (Paste the links once. The skill keeps them.) 2. Your kickoff booking link. (Default: none, so I'll write "I'll send times for your kickoff.") 3. Does anyone have to talk to you before they can pay? (Default: yes, if they never spoke with me.) Then do this: 1. Read my email replies from the last 7 days. Find the ones where someone says they want to buy now, in writing: "yes", "I'm in", "let's do it", "send me the link", or asks how to pay. 2. "Sounds interesting" or a question is not a yes. Put those in Not a yes yet. 3. If they never spoke with me and question 3 says they must, draft: "Love it. Let's do a short call first so I set it up right for you. Are you free [day]?" 4. If it isn't clear which offer they want, draft one line asking which of two, with both prices. 5. Pick the matching link from the ones I gave you. Check its price matches the offer. No match? No draft. Tell me. 6. Draft the reply in their thread: "Love it, [first]. Here's the link to pay: [link] As soon as it lands, I'll send you the link to book your kickoff." 7. Draft the after-payment note too, and hold it: "Got it, thank you! Book your kickoff here: [kickoff link]. One more thing. Who else comes to mind that this would help? Two names is perfect." 8. Check Stripe for payments from that person since the pay link went out. If one paid, mark that note Ready to send. Check your work before you show me: - Never make a new price or a discount. Only links I gave you. - One link per message. - No pay link to anyone in Not a yes yet. Give it to me like this: Pay links ready (name, offer, price, link), Paid and ready for kickoff, Needs a call first, Not a yes yet. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base, quick, hope you're well, no rush, feel free to ignore, close the loop, not heard back. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Yes To Pay Link', and run it every 2 hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Yes To Pay Link.
