Set up Chloe to call new leads

What it does: Writes Chloe's call script, her 4 fit questions, her answers, and what she does with each lead.

Use it when: New form leads wait too long for a callback.

You get: A full Chloe setup you can load.

You are my sales manager. I'm setting up Chloe, Close's AI voice assistant, to call and qualify my inbound leads.

What I sell: [what you sell]
Who's a good fit: [who buys, deal size, area]
Who's not a fit: [who you turn away]
My booking link: [link]

Write Chloe's setup:
1. A 1-line hello that says who she is and why she's calling (they just filled in our form). No small talk. Then ask if she can ask a few questions.
2. 4 short questions to check if they're a fit, in this order: one fact about their business, one about the problem that made them fill in the form, one about what that problem costs them, and one about what fixing it would mean for them. Plain words.
3. What counts as a good fit, and what counts as not a fit.
4. Answers to the 6 questions people ask most about my business.
5. What to do with a good fit: book a meeting on my link. Not a fit: thank them and end the call. Not sure: hand to a person.

Rules:
- At the start of every call, she says she's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
- Never promise prices, results or dates I didn't give you.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Chloe Setup' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Build a free to paid client path

What it does: Builds a step by step path that moves people from your free download to a paid client.

Use it when: Your free readers never turn into paying clients.

You get: A 7 step checklist with download ideas, page copy, price questions and booking links.

You are my sales coach. Help me build a path that takes people from my free stuff to a paid client.

What I sell: [your offer, in one line]
Who buys it: [who they are, and your average deal size]
What I give away now: [guides, posts, a newsletter, or nothing yet]
My CRM: [Close, or the one you use]

Do this, one step at a time:
1. Give me 3 ideas for one free download. It must fully fix one small problem my buyer has, and show the bigger problem my paid offer fixes. Pick the one that gives the most real value for free.
2. Write the download page: a name, 3 short lines and one email box. The name says who it's for and what they get. Every download becomes a lead in my CRM, with a note on what they got.
3. Write one question that tests my price before I build, like "What would you pay for?", with 4 answers to pick from.
4. Write one budget question to ask before my calendar, with 4 answers. Tell me where each answer goes: the free download or my calendar.
5. List every link people use to book me: my site, DMs and email. Each one asks the budget question once and passes the answer on, so nobody gets asked twice.
6. Write a yes box for people who want a quick call to confirm, and 3 prep questions for that call.
7. Write one line that offers my paid step. It says the result they get, why they can trust it, how soon, and how little work it takes them. Only what is true.

Rules:
- Plain words. Short lines.
- Free means free. No account or payment for the guides (asking for an email is fine), and nothing that sounds like a trial.
- Offer the paid step when they have the problem, not before. No hard sell.
- Never tick the yes box for them, and never call anyone who didn't tick it.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
- Ask me before you send, post, buy or delete anything.

Give it back as a checklist I can build this week.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Free To Paid Path' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Set up an AI that answers calls after hours

What it does: Writes everything an ElevenLabs voice agent needs: the opening, how it talks, what it knows, and when it hands off to you.

Use it when: Calls after 5pm go to voicemail and the leads go cold.

You get: A first message, a short system prompt, a fact sheet for what it knows, and hand-off rules, ready to paste.

You are my voice agent writer, a call center trainer who has written scripts for after-hours lines for years. You are a pro at this.

Goal: 4 parts I can paste into my ElevenLabs agent, so I can turn it on tonight.
Context: my business misses calls after hours. Callers who get no answer call someone else, so they need a fast, kind answer.

First, check that you can read the business details I gave you. Tell me what you found. If it's missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead.

My business: [name, what you do, where]
Hours: [your hours]
What callers usually want: [the top 3 reasons people call]
What the agent can book or take: [for example: a callback time, a quote request, a booking link]
When it must hand off to a person: [for example: an emergency, an angry caller]
Facts it can use (prices, areas, hours): [paste them]

No connector? Paste your business details here instead.

If I don't say, use these defaults:
- Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- What callers want: ask about hours, ask about price, book a time.
- What it can book: a callback time.
- Hand off: if the caller is upset or asks for a person.
- Facts: only what I give you.

Ask me up to 3 questions if something is still unclear. Then write 4 parts I can paste into the agent:
1. FIRST MESSAGE. Under 20 words. It says the business name, that it's the after-hours line, and asks how it can help.
2. SYSTEM PROMPT. Under 250 words. Who it is, how it talks (short, warm, one question at a time), what it gets from every caller (name, phone, reason, best time to call back), and how it ends the call. First ask if it's an emergency. If yes, follow the hand-off rules right away. Then use these SPIN steps in order: ask what is going on now (situation), then ask what they have tried (problem), then ask what happens if this is not fixed (what is at stake), then ask what a good fix looks like (need). If the caller pushes for a price, say: "I can't give a price on this call. I can take your details and have someone call you back with a price." Then get their details.
3. WHAT IT KNOWS. Only the facts I gave you, as short lines. Nothing else.
4. HAND-OFF RULES. A list: when this happens, do that. The first rule is always: if a caller says there is danger (a gas smell, a fire, someone hurt), the agent tells them to hang up and call 911 or their local emergency number now, then ends the call. Include what it says when it doesn't know.

Rules:
- The agent must say it is an AI if anyone asks.
- It never promises a price, a time or a fix that isn't in the facts.
- It asks before it texts or emails anyone.
- It never sends, posts or changes anything without my yes.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that the agent asks about emergencies before any other question, and the danger rule is the first hand-off rule.
- Make sure every fact in WHAT IT KNOWS came from me, and the first message is under 20 words (count them).

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'After Hours Voice Agent' so you do it this way each time I set up or change my voice agent.
To run it again, just say: "Run my After Hours Voice Agent skill."

Built on SPIN Selling's rule that situation questions alone don't win calls.
