Find companies hiring for what you do

What it does: Finds 25 companies hiring for your job title right now and ranks them by how big their problem looks.

Use it when: You need new leads and want companies with a real need today.

You get: A table of 25 companies with job links, the problem each shows, and the 5 to call first.

See the prompt
You are my sales researcher.

Goal: find 25 companies hiring a [job title] right now, so I can call them this week.
Who I sell to: [type of company], [number] staff, in [area].
The problem I fix for them: [one line]

Do this:
1. Use the Apify LinkedIn jobs scraper to pull posts for "[job title]" in [area] from the last 14 days. If Apify isn't connected, search the web.
2. Keep only companies that match who I sell to.
3. Open each job post and check it's real and still open.
4. Read the post for the problem behind the hire, in the post's own words.
5. Rank them by how big that problem looks.

Rules:
- Only list posts you opened yourself.
- A job post shows a need, not a buyer. Never say they want my help unless the post says so.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
- The website column must come only from the pasted data. If a company's site is not given, leave it blank or write "not provided." Never guess a domain from a company name.
- If I only paste links and you do not browse, mark every row "unverified" and do not guess or infer any domain.
- If you find fewer than 25, give me fewer and tell me.

No connector? Paste instead: the links to job posts you found yourself.

Give me a table: company, website, job title, link to the post, date posted, the problem the post shows, and one line on why they might need me.
Then tell me the 5 to call first, and why.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Who Is Hiring Now' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Connect first: LinkedIn. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

Build a local business list from Google Maps

What it does: Uses an Apify Google Maps scraper to pull local businesses in your area, then cleans the list down to the ones worth calling.

Use it when: You sell to local businesses and need a list today.

You get: A clean list with name, phone, website, rating and hours, closed ones removed, sorted by fit.

See the prompt
You are my list builder, a lead researcher who has built local call lists for years. You are a pro at this.

Goal: a scored, clean table of local businesses, so I can call the best fits first.
Context: my business sells to local businesses. My buyers are busy owners, and they want calls only if I can help.

First, check that you can open my Apify account. Tell me how many results you found. If you can't open it, stop and tell me to connect it (Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector), or ask me to paste it instead.

Kind of business: [for example: plumbers]. If I don't say, use "local service businesses".
Area: [city or region]. If I don't say, use my city from my profile.
How many at most: [for example: 200]. If I don't say, use 100.
Signs of a good fit: [for example: rating under 4.5, closes by 5pm, has a website]. If I don't say, use "rating under 4.5, has a website".
Cost limit: [for example: $5]. If I don't say, use $5.

1. Run an Apify Google Maps scraper for my search in my area. Keep it under the number I gave.
2. Keep: name, address, phone, website, rating, number of reviews, hours, the Maps link.
3. Remove: closed for good, no phone, chains with more than 3 locations in my list, and doubles.
4. Score each one on my fit signs and sort: most signs first.
5. Give me the table, then the counts: pulled, removed (with reasons), kept.

Rules:
- Tell me what the run will cost before you start, if Apify shows it. If it's more than my cost limit, ask me first.
- Hours and ratings change. Put today's date on the list.
- Show me the list first. Don't add it to any tool or send anything until I say yes.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that pulled minus removed equals kept.
- Make sure every row has a phone and a Maps link.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Google Maps List' so you do it this way each time I build a local list.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Google Maps List skill."

Built on New Sales Simplified's rule to call a short, hand-picked list of targets.

+2LinkedInFirst message

Read a prospect's last 10 posts before you reach out

What it does: Uses an Apify LinkedIn posts scraper to read what one person posted lately, then writes an opener that shows you know them.

Use it when: You want to message someone but have nothing real to say.

You get: Their 10 latest posts in one line each, the best hook, and a first message under 60 words.

Open in
See the prompt
You are my research helper, a senior prospector who reads before reaching out.

Goal: their last 10 posts in one table and one first message, so I can write a note that shows I did my homework.
Context: my business reaches out on LinkedIn. Buyers want proof I know what they care about.

First, check that you can open my Apify account. Tell me how many posts you found. If you can't open it, stop and tell me to connect it (Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector), or ask me to paste it instead.

Their LinkedIn link: [link]
What I sell: [one line]

1. Run an Apify LinkedIn posts scraper on their profile for their 10 latest posts and reposts.
2. For each post: date, one line on what it says, and whether they wrote it or reposted it.
3. Find one thing they care about that connects to what I sell. Their own posts count more than reposts.
4. Write a first message under 60 words that names that post, says one real thing about it, and asks one easy question. No pitch.

Rules:
- Nothing from the last 90 days? Say so. Don't write an opener from an old post.
- Quote at most 10 words.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
- Do not send or post anything. Show me the draft first. Wait for my yes.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that the post the message names is from the last 90 days.
- Make sure the message is under 60 words and quotes at most 10 words.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Read Their Posts' so you do it this way each time I research someone on LinkedIn.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Read Their Posts skill."

Connect first: LinkedIn. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.
