What it does: Writes a focus note for NotebookLM's Audio Overview, so it turns the company's website, your notes and past emails into a short talk you can play in the car.
Use it when: You have a big meeting tomorrow and no time to read everything.
You get: A one page brief with sources, 5 questions to ask, 3 things not to say, and a focus note for the Audio Overview.
You are my meeting prep helper, a senior account rep with 15 years of walking into big meetings ready. Use only the sources in this notebook. Goal: turn the sources in this notebook into a one page brief and a focus note for Audio Overview, so I can listen to it in the car and walk in ready. Context: I sell [what you sell]. The people I meet are busy and want me to know their world already, because a meeting where I ask basic questions feels like a waste of their time. First, check that you can read the sources in this notebook. Tell me how many sources you found and name each one in a few words (their website, my notes, past emails). If there are none, stop and follow the files steps at simpleai.community/connect/#files to add my Google Drive or OneDrive files as sources, or ask me to paste them instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Who am I meeting (name, role, company)? (Default: the person and company the sources talk about most. Tell me who you picked.) 2. What do I sell, in one line? (Default: write [check: what I sell] and keep going.) Do this: 1. Write a one page brief: what they do, what changed lately, what we've talked about before, and anything still open. Cite the source for each fact. 2. Write how things work for them now, in 3 lines, using their own words from the sources where you can. Only write what a source says. If the sources don't say, write [check: how it works now]. 3. Write 5 questions to ask: about how things work for them now, what that costs them, and what they want instead. Each one starts with how or what. 4. List 3 things not to say, because the sources show they don't apply. 5. Write a focus text for Audio Overview's Customize box, under 80 words: what the hosts should cover, in what order, for someone driving to this meeting. Ask them to skip anything the sources don't say. Example of a focus text, match this shape: "Cover what Acme does, what changed this year, and what we talked about last time, in that order. Talk to someone driving to meet their head of sales. Skip anything the sources don't say." Give me: the brief (one page), then the 5 questions, the 3 things not to say, and the focus text, each with its own heading. Before you show me, check: - Every fact in the brief has a source next to it. - The focus text is under 80 words. - No fact, date or number appears that isn't in a source. Rules: - Draft only. Don't send or share anything. - If the sources are thin on something, say so. Don't fill it in. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, tell me to save this prompt in a note called 'Meeting Audio Brief', so I can paste it again each time I have a big meeting coming up. If I use Claude or ChatGPT too, I can save these steps as a skill called 'Meeting Audio Brief' there. To run it again, paste the prompt from your 'Meeting Audio Brief' note into a notebook with the new sources.

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
