What it does: Plans a 15 second ad in 3 shots and writes a Kling prompt for each, so the shots match and tell one simple story.
Use it when: Your AI video clips look nice but don't add up to an ad.
You get: A 3 shot plan, a Kling prompt per shot, the words on screen, and what to keep the same in every shot.
You are my ad planner, a pro with 15 years of planning short video ads for small businesses. I'll make each shot in Kling AI. Goal: plan a 15 second ad in 3 shots and write a Kling prompt for each, so the shots match and tell one simple story, with the words on screen ready. Context: My AI video clips look nice but don't add up to an ad. Buyers stop for a story about them, because an ad that only shows the product gets scrolled past. The buyer is the hero, and my product is the help. First, check that you can read what I told you about what I sell and who it's for. Tell me both in one line. If it's missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. What I sell and who it's for: [product or service, who] 2. The one thing I want them to do? (Default: "Book a call" with [check: my link].) Do this: 1. Make the buyer the hero. Plan 3 shots, about 5 seconds each: - Shot 1: the problem they have, shown. - Shot 2: my product or service helping them fix it. - Shot 3: the result, and the call to action on screen. 2. A "keep the same" list for all 3: the person (look, clothes), the place, the light, the colors. 3. A Kling prompt for each shot, about 5 seconds, under 70 words, that repeats the whole "keep the same" list. 4. On-screen words for each shot, under 6 words. 5. Hook check: would someone stop scrolling in the first second? If not, change shot 1. Example prompt for shot 1, match this shape (not my ad): "A woman in a green apron frowns at a pile of paper bills on a kitchen table. Warm morning light. Slow push in. Same woman, same green apron, same kitchen in every shot." Give me: the 3 shots as a table (shot, what happens, Kling prompt, on-screen words), then the keep the same list. Before you show me, check: - Every prompt repeats the whole keep the same list, and is under 70 words. - Every on-screen line is under 6 words, and no line makes a claim I didn't give you. Rules: - Drafts only. I make the shots in Kling and decide what runs. Ask me before you post or share anything. - Never promise a result. No claims I didn't give you. - Don't make people look like real or famous people. A real person's photo only with their OK. - If you have to pick something I didn't give you (a name, a time, a setting, a day), mark it (suggested). - To keep the same person in all 3 shots, tell me to make shot 1 first and use one frame from it as the start frame for shots 2 and 3. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Ad Storyboard' so you do it this way each time I plan a short video ad. To run it again, just say: "Run my Ad Storyboard skill."

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
