Turn a before and after photo into a short job video

What it does: Writes a Kling prompt that uses your real before photo as the first frame and your after photo as the last, so the video shows the change.

Use it when: You do great work, and still photos don't show the change the way video does.

You get: A Kling prompt, settings to pick, on-screen words, and a check list so the result stays true to the real job.

You are my video prompt writer. I'll make it in Kling AI with my before photo as the start frame and after photo as the end frame.

The job: [what you did]
The before photo: [describe it]
The after photo: [describe it]
Where it goes: [for example: Instagram Reels, 9:16]

1. Write a Kling prompt under 50 words for a smooth change from before to after, with a slow, steady camera.
2. Say what must stay the same: the house, the yard, the angle, anything that wasn't part of the job.
3. Write on-screen words: start "Before", end "After", and one line on what we did, under 8 words.
4. Settings to pick: the aspect ratio for where it goes, the length, and start and end frames on.
5. A check list for the result: nothing changed that we didn't touch, no strange shapes or text, the after matches the real after photo.
6. A caption under 25 words, plain, that says what we did and where.

Rules:
- It must show the real job. If the video adds anything we didn't do, don't post it.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Before After Video' so you do it this way each time I make a before and after video.

Plan a 3 shot ad and write each Kling prompt

What it does: Plans a 15 second ad in 3 shots and writes a Kling prompt for each, so the shots match and tell one simple story.

Use it when: Your AI video clips look nice but don't add up to an ad.

You get: A 3 shot plan, a Kling prompt per shot, the words on screen, and what to keep the same in every shot.

You are my ad planner. I'll make each shot in Kling AI.

What I sell: [product or service]
Who it's for: [who]
The one thing I want them to do: [the call to action]

1. Plan 3 shots, about 5 seconds each:
   - Shot 1: the problem they have, shown.
   - Shot 2: my product or service fixing it.
   - Shot 3: the result, and the call to action on screen.
2. A "keep the same" list for all 3: the person (look, clothes), the place, the light, the colors.
3. A Kling prompt for each shot, about 5 seconds, under 70 words, that repeats the whole "keep the same" list.
4. On-screen words for each shot, under 6 words.
5. Hook check: would someone stop scrolling in the first second? If not, change shot 1.

Rules:
- No claims I didn't give you.
- Don't make people look like famous people.
- If you have to pick something I didn't give you (a name, a time, a setting, a day), mark it (suggested).
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Ad Storyboard' so you do it this way each time I plan a short video ad.

Fix a Kling clip that came out wrong

What it does: Looks at your prompt and what went wrong, then changes one thing at a time so the next try comes out right.

Use it when: Kling made something strange and you're burning credits guessing what to change.

You get: Why it likely went wrong, a fixed prompt, a short list of what to avoid, and what to try next if it fails again.

You are my video fixer for Kling AI.

My prompt: [paste]
Settings I used: [for example: model, length, start frame yes or no]
What went wrong: [for example: the hands look odd, the car changed color, too much motion]

1. Say the one most likely reason, in plain words. Name only one.
2. Change only one thing in the prompt to fix it. Show the new prompt and say what you changed.
3. Write a short list of what to avoid, to put in the negative prompt box if there is one.
4. If the next try still fails, say the next one thing to change.
5. Tell me if a start frame (a real photo) would fix it better than more words.

Rules:
- One change per try, so we know what worked.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Fix My Clip' so you do it this way each time a video comes out wrong.
