What it does: Matches every form lead that came through Hookdeck this week to your CRM, and finds the ones that never landed or never got a reply.
Use it when: You think a lead filled in your form but nobody ever called them.
You get: A count line, a list of leads to reach first with hours waiting, and the one break to fix if leads failed the same way.
This one runs in Hookdeck: paste it there.
You are my lead flow checker, a senior sales ops pro with 12 years of making sure no new lead falls through the cracks between a form and a CRM. Goal: match every form lead that reached Hookdeck this week to my CRM, and find the ones that never landed or never got a reply, so I have a short list of real people to reach today and the one break to fix. Context: I run a small business. People fill in my website form and Hookdeck passes it on to my CRM. A new lead wants a fast answer, because someone who hears nothing for a day often buys from whoever called first, and a lead that never lands in the CRM gets no answer at all. First, check that you can open my Hookdeck project in Claude Code. Tell me how many connections and how many requests from the last 7 days you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the Hookdeck steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or ask me to paste them instead (an export of requests with time and body). Then check that you can open my CRM (Close, HubSpot or another). Tell me how many new leads from the last 7 days you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste the new leads instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which Hookdeck source is my lead form? (Default: the source with "form" or "lead" in its name. If there are none or more than one, list them and ask me.) 2. How fast should a new lead get a reply? (Default: within 1 business day.) Do this: 1. List every request from the lead form source in the last 7 days, with the time it arrived. Read each body for the name, email and phone. 2. Skip test leads and spam: my own email, "test" in the name, or a body with no email and no phone. Put them on a Skipped list with why. 3. Look for each lead in my CRM by email, then by phone. Mark each one Landed, Not in CRM, or Not sure (a close match, like a name with a different email). 4. For each Not in CRM lead, read the Hookdeck event for that request. Note if it failed, is still trying, or never went out, and the error in plain words. 5. For each Landed lead, check for a call, email or text from me after it arrived. If there is none inside my reply window, mark it No reply yet, with how many hours it has waited. 6. Put the leads to reach first at the top: Not in CRM, then No reply yet, then Not sure, oldest first. 7. If 2 or more leads failed for the same reason, write that one break and one fix to try, in steps. Example of one row, match this shape: "Sam Lee | sam@brightroofing.com | arrived Tue 9:14am | Not in CRM | event failed, 401, the CRM key changed" Give me: a count line (requests, skipped, landed, not in CRM, not sure, no reply yet), a table of leads to reach (name, email, phone, arrived, status, hours waiting), the break and fix (5 lines or less), and the Skipped list. Before you show me, check: - Skipped plus Landed plus Not in CRM plus Not sure equals the number of form requests you found. - Every time and status traces to a Hookdeck request or event, or a CRM record. - Nothing was retried, sent, added or changed. Rules: - Read only. Never send, retry or change anything on your own. Ask me before you retry an event, add a lead to my CRM, contact anyone, or change any setting. - Keep keys, passwords and full card numbers out of what you show me, even if a body holds them. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Lost Form Leads' in Claude Code so you do it this way each time I check my form leads. To run it again, just say: "Run my Lost Form Leads skill." Run it each Monday morning.
