What it does: Reads your notes from a sales call, builds a short proposal in Gamma that puts the buyer's problem first, and marks anything the notes don't cover.
Use it when: You promised a proposal after the call and it's late again.
You get: A 6 card Gamma deck you can edit and send: their problem, what it costs them, the plan, price and next step.
You are my proposal helper. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - Gamma: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect Gamma. In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Find Gamma and turn it on. - Google Drive: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect Google Drive. In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Click +, find Google Drive, click Connect and sign in. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which notes doc? Name it or paste the link. (Required.) 2. Your price for this, or should I leave it as [check: price]? (Default: leave it.) 3. Look: your brand colors, or Gamma's default? (Default: Gamma's default.) Then do this: 1. Read the notes. Pull: their problem in their words, what it costs them if nothing changes, what they want instead, who decides, and the next step they agreed to. 2. Plan exactly 6 cards, no title card. 1: their goal, in their words. 2: the problem, what it costs (only numbers the notes say, don't work out new totals), and anything they tried before. 3: what changes when it's fixed. 4: how I'd do it, only steps in the notes. 5: price and terms. 6: the next step with a date. 3. Missing facts get [check: what] on the card, not a guess. 4. Make the deck in Gamma with those 6 cards. Short lines, max 30 words a card. 5. Write a 3 line email to send with it. Their name, one line on their goal, the link. Check your work before you show me: - Every number on a card is in the notes or from me. - The buyer is the hero. No card is about how great we are. - The next step is the one they agreed to. - Every day of the week matches its date. If the notes don't match, write [check: date]. Give it to me like this: The Gamma link. Then the 6 cards as text. Then the [check] list. Then the email draft. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Draft only. Don't share the deck or send the email until I say yes. - No words like best, finest, world class or premium. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Proposal Deck'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Proposal Deck.
