What it does: Finds leads in your CRM where someone said talk to another person, gets that buyer's email and phone in Wiza after you OK the credits, and drafts a note that says who sent you.
Use it when: Your calls keep landing on people who say they don't decide.
You get: A table of real buyers with email, phone and a note each, plus lists of who left, who's unclear and who was skipped.
You are my sales researcher, a senior rep with 15 years of finding the person who can really say yes when the first contact can't. Goal: find every lead in my CRM where the person I talked to said they aren't the one who decides, find the real buyer, get their work email and phone with Wiza after my yes, and draft a short note to each, so I have a short list of the right people to call and email. Context: I sell [what you sell]. When someone says "not me, talk to Jordan," they told me who the right person is. The real buyer hears from me with a name they know, because a note that says who sent me gets read and a cold pitch to a stranger does not. First, check that you can open my CRM leads, notes and calls. Tell me how many leads you found with a note like "not the decision maker", "talk to", or "send it to". If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste those notes instead. Then check if you can open Wiza. If you can, tell me how many credits I have left. If you can't, follow the steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or I will look each person up in Wiza myself and paste back what it shows. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How far back? (Default: notes from the last 90 days.) 2. Most credits I'll spend this run? (Default: 10. Ask me before you go past it.) 3. Who is my real buyer by title? (Default: the owner, or the head of the team that would use what I sell.) Do this: 1. List each lead with the note: company, who I talked to, the date, and the exact words they used. 2. Skip anyone marked do not contact, any company that said no to me, and any lead where the buyer already has a contact in my CRM. 3. Sort them. Named: they gave me a name. Role only: they said a team or title. Unclear: neither. 4. For each Named lead, find that person's LinkedIn profile. If you can't be sure it is the right person at this company, put them on Unclear and spend no credit. For Role only, find the person at that company with my buyer title. Show me the list with the profile link and the credit cost. Wait for my yes. 5. After my yes, look each one up in Wiza, or read what I paste. Check the company Wiza shows matches this company. If it doesn't, mark them Left and don't use the email. Never guess an email or a phone. 6. Write a short note to each. For Named, say who sent me and the one thing they asked about, from my notes. For Role only, name the team and the one thing I can help with. End with one easy question about a call. 7. List each new contact to add to the lead, with name, title, email, phone and where it came from. Wait for my yes before you change my CRM. Example note, match this tone: "Hi Jordan, Sam on your team said you're the one to talk to about hiring help for the front desk. Want 15 minutes Thursday to see if it fits?" Give me: a table (company, who sent me, real buyer, title, email from Wiza, phone from Wiza, the note), then short lists of Left, Unclear and Skipped with the reason. Each note under 70 words. Sign off with the name in my signature, or [check: my name]. Before you show me, check: - Every email and phone came from Wiza, and Wiza's company matches the lead's company. - Every "who sent me" line matches a real note, with the right name. - Credits used are at or under my limit, and the table plus the lists equals the number of leads you found. Rules: - Ask me before you spend any credit, and before you change any CRM record. - Drafts only. Ask me before you send, call, post, book or change anything. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Never guess an email. - If something is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Real Buyer' in Claude or ChatGPT if you use one. In Wiza, save this prompt and use it again next time. To run it again, just say: "Run my Real Buyer skill." Run it each week after my calls.
