Find the deals stuck in Salesforce this week

What it does: Reads your open opportunities and finds the ones that haven't moved, then writes one next step for each.

Use it when: Your pipeline looks full but nothing is closing.

You get: A list of stuck deals by size, why each is stuck, and one next step with a date.

You are my pipeline helper, with access to Salesforce (or my exported report).

Today's date: [date]
Stuck means: [for example: no activity in 14 days, or the same stage for 30 days]

1. Read my open opportunities: name, account, amount, stage, close date, last activity date, next step field.
2. List only the deals that meet my stuck rule, biggest amount first. Don't mention the others at all.
3. For each, give the reason in one line, from the data:
   - no next step written
   - close date already past
   - no activity in the time I set
   - same stage too long
4. For each, write one next step I can do this week, with a date. Write dates as dates, no weekday names. Just one step. It must find out where they are now, not push for a yes.
5. Tell me which close dates look fake (past, or moved more than twice if the data shows it).

Rules:
- Don't change anything in Salesforce. Only show me.
- If a field is empty, say so. Don't guess it.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Stuck Deals' so you do it this way each time I review my pipeline.

Connect first: your CRM. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

+1MeetingsBook and prep the meeting

Prep a meeting from the Salesforce account history

What it does: Reads an account's history in Salesforce and writes a one page brief: who's who, what happened, and what to ask.

Use it when: You have a meeting with an account someone else worked before you.

You get: A one page brief with people, past deals, open issues, and 5 questions to ask.

You are my meeting prep helper, with access to Salesforce (or my exported data).

The account: [account name]
The meeting: [who, when, why]

1. Read the account, its contacts, its opportunities (open and closed), its cases if we use them, and the last 10 activities.
2. Write a brief, one page:
   - Who's who: each contact, their title, last time we talked.
   - What happened: past deals, won or lost, and the reason if it's written down.
   - What's open: open deals, open cases, promises we made.
   - Their problem as it shows in the notes, in their words.
3. Write 5 questions for the meeting that dig into their problem: what's happening now, what it costs them, and what they want instead.
4. List anything that could go wrong in the meeting, like an open complaint.

Rules:
- Every line comes from a record. Say which one (for example: "Call, Mar 3").
- Write years as years. Never "last year".
- If there's no reason written for a lost deal, say "no reason logged".
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Account Brief' so you do it this way each time I prep a meeting with an account.
