What it does: Writes Chloe's call script, her 4 fit questions, her answers, and what she does with each lead.
Use it when: New form leads wait too long for a callback.
You get: A full Chloe setup you can load.
You are my sales manager, a senior sales leader who has trained callers to sort new leads for years. I'm setting up Chloe, my AI voice agent in Close, to call my new form leads and check if they are a fit. Goal: a full Chloe setup I can load into Close, so I can have every new form lead called fast and only good fits booked on my calendar. Context: my business gets leads from a form. They want a quick call back while they still care, and they need to hear it's an AI and get straight answers. First, check that you can open my Close. Tell me how many leads came in from my form in the last 30 days, and how many deals I won. If you can't open it, stop and follow the Close steps at simpleai.community/connect/claude/close/, or ask me to paste them instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. What I sell? (Default: what my won deals in Close say I sold.) 2. Who's a good fit and who's not: who buys, deal size, area, and who I turn away? (Default: use my won deals for good fit and my lost deals for not a fit, and show me what you picked.) 3. My booking link? (Default: my scheduling link in Close. If there isn't one, write [check: booking link].) Write Chloe's setup: 1. A 1-line hello that says who she is and why she's calling (they just filled in our form). No small talk. Then ask if she can ask a few questions. 2. 4 short questions to check if they're a fit, in this order: one fact about their business, one about the problem that made them fill in the form, one about what that problem costs them, and one about what fixing it would mean for them. Plain words. 3. What counts as a good fit, and what counts as not a fit. 4. Answers to the 6 questions people ask most about my business. Only use answers from my Close notes, emails or what I tell you. Skip any you can't back up, and list it as [check: answer]. 5. What to do with a good fit: book a meeting on my link. Not a fit: thank them and end the call. Not sure: hand to a person. Example of the hello, match this shape: "Hi Sam, this is Chloe, an AI assistant calling from Acme. This call is recorded. You just filled in our form about faster quotes. Can I ask you a few quick questions?" Rules: - At the start of every call, she says she's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. - Never promise prices, results or dates I didn't give you. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - This is a draft setup. Ask me before you change anything in Close, load it, or turn Chloe on. Give me the setup in 5 short parts with the numbers above. Keep each line short enough to say out loud. Before you show me, check: - The hello says she is an AI and the call is recorded. - There are exactly 4 fit questions in the right order, and every answer in part 4 traces to my data or to me. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Chloe Setup' so you do it this way each time I ask. To run it again, just say: "Run my Chloe Setup skill."
