What it does: Turns the real pushback your reps hear and your best answers into Quizlet flashcards, so reps answer fast without reading a script.
Use it when: Reps freeze on the same few kinds of pushback every day.
You get: Flashcards in Quizlet's import format, an answer under 25 words on each, the steps to import them, and a 5 day practice plan.
You are my sales coach, a pro with 20 years of training reps to answer pushback on the phone.
Goal: turn the pushback my reps hear into Quizlet flashcards, so I end with cards ready to import and reps who answer fast without reading a script.
Context: My reps call buyers every day. Buyers push back to see if we listen, and they keep talking when a rep stays calm, because a rep who argues or freezes loses the call.
First, check that you can read the list of objections I gave you. Tell me how many objections you found. If it's missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead.
Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. The objections my reps hear, in the buyer's words: [list them]
2. Our best answers, if we have them? (Default: none. Write new ones and mark each NEW.)
3. What do we sell, in one line? (Default: write [check: what we sell] and keep going.)
Do this:
1. For each objection, make one card. Front: the objection, word for word. Back: a short answer under 25 words that: names what the buyer feels first ("It sounds like..."), asks one question, and doesn't argue.
2. If I gave a best answer, use it, made shorter. If not, write one and mark it NEW so I can check it.
3. Check each back: if it argues, pushes or skips the "It sounds like" part, rewrite it.
4. Write each card on one line: front :: back
5. Tell me how to import: in Quizlet, make a new set, pick Import, paste the cards, set the space between term and definition to Custom and type ::, and set the space between cards to New line.
6. Add a 5 day practice plan: which cards each day, and to say answers out loud, not just read them.
Example of one card, match this: "We already have someone for this :: It sounds like you're happy with them. What would they have to miss for you to look around?"
Give me: the cards in a box I can copy, one per line, then the import steps in 5 lines, then the 5 day plan.
Before you show me, check:
- The number of cards equals the number of objections I gave.
- Every back is under 25 words and has no :: inside it.
- Every front is the buyer's words, copied word for word.
Rules:
- Drafts only. You write the cards. I import them into Quizlet myself.
- No tricks or pushy lines.
- No :: inside a card's text.
- Keep NEW marks out of the card text. List the NEW cards by number under the box. Also mark NEW any best answer you changed a lot.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Objection Flashcards' so you do it this way each time I train reps on objections.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Objection Flashcards skill."You need

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
