If your system isn't live within 14 days of the day you pay, we keep working on it with you for free until it is.
As long as you:
- send your keys in your first week
- answer setup questions within 1 business day
Live means your Close and Grok AI setup is built and running, and your first outreach is ready to go. Email warm-up takes 2 to 3 weeks, and US texts need a phone company sign-up first.
Our 90-day promise (founder's year)
If the system doesn't land you a new client within 90 days of going live, we keep working on it with you for free, every month, until it does.
As long as you:
- keep the outreach running at the volume your plan sets
- check in for the 30-minute weekly review (by Slack or call, your choice)
- have an offer you've sold before
- keep your Close account and phone numbers paid
On the founder's year, the weekly group check-in counts as the weekly review.
