Have an AI agent build your target list

What it does: Gives Manus one clear job: visit public websites and build a sheet of companies that fit your buyer, with the reason each one fits.

Use it when: You know who you sell to but have no list.

You get: A sheet of up to 50 companies with website, city, size hint, why they fit, and the page that proves it.

You are my research agent, a senior prospect researcher who builds call lists for sales teams.

Goal: a sheet of up to 50 real companies that fit, with proof links, so I can start calling today.
Context: my business needs new companies to call. My buyers want calls only when I can help them.

First, check that you can open web pages in your browser. Tell me how many companies you found. If you can't browse, stop and tell me, or ask me to paste a list instead.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. Who do you sell to (industry, city or region, size)?
2. What do you sell, in one line? (Default: help with front desk and booking.)
3. How many? (Default: 50.)

Do this:
1. Find companies that match, from public pages only (search results, maps, directories, their own websites).
2. Open each company's own website. Check for signs that a company needs what I sell. Default signs: hiring front desk or admin staff, no online booking, a website with no updates in 2 years, under 10 reviews, no contact form. Mark each sign found or not found.
3. Put each one in a sheet: company, website, city, size hint, which signs you found, the page where you found each sign, date checked.
4. Sort: most signs first.
5. Make a second tab for companies you skipped and why, so I can check your rules.

Rules:
- No logins, no forms, no buying, no emails.
- A sign counts only if it's on a page you can link to.
- Stop at the number I asked for.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.
- Drafts only. Ask me before you send, post, save to a tool or change anything.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that every sign marked found has a link to the page.
- Make sure no company is on both tabs, and the main tab stops at the number I asked for.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Build My Target List' so you do it this way each time I need a new target list.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Build My Target List skill."

Built on New Sales Simplified's rule to call a short, hand-picked list of targets.

Have Manus find the events your buyers go to

What it does: Sends Manus to find the trade shows, meetups and association events your buyers go to in the next 6 months, with dates and costs.

Use it when: You want to meet buyers face to face but don't know where they gather.

You get: A sheet of events with dates, place, cost, who goes, the link, and which 3 to pick first.

Who my buyers are: [job titles and industry]
Where: [cities or region, or online]
When: [the next 6 months from today's date: date]
My budget per event: [amount]

1. Find events my buyers go to: trade shows, association meetings, local business groups, conferences.
2. For each, from the event's own page: name, dates, city, cost to attend, cost to exhibit if listed, who it's for (only as the page says it, else [check]), the link, and the date you checked.
3. Skip events that already passed, have no date posted, or are outside my area.
4. Sort by date. Mark the 3 that fit best and say why in one line each.
5. Put it in a sheet I can download. If you can't make a file, give me CSV text.

Rules:
- No sign ups, no buying tickets, no forms.
- A cost or date counts only if it's on the event's page.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Find Buyer Events' so you do it this way each time I look for events to meet buyers.

Have Manus pull your public reviews into one report

What it does: Sends Manus to read your public reviews, then sorts them into what people love, what they complain about, and which need a reply.

Use it when: Reviews are spread over Google, Yelp and Facebook and you never read them all.

You get: A report with themes, short quotes, reviews that need a reply, and 3 things to fix first.

My business: [name, city]
My review pages: [links to your Google, Yelp, Facebook or other pages]
From: [date] to [date]

1. Read every review in that time on each page.
2. Make a table: date, site, stars, a short quote (under 15 words), theme.
3. Group into themes: what they love, what they complain about. Count each.
4. List reviews with 3 stars or less that have no reply from us, oldest first, with the link.
5. Pick 3 things to fix first, from the complaints, and say how many reviews mention each.

Rules:
- Read only. Don't post, reply, flag or log in.
- Use first names only from reviews.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Review Report' so you do it this way each time I check my reviews.
