What it does: Reads your CRM leads, works out each buyer's local time, and plans today's dial blocks so you call each time zone when people pick up.
Use it when: You dial the West Coast at 7am their time and wonder why nobody answers.
You get: Today's plan: call blocks by the clock, who goes in each block, and who to skip, ready to load into Orum lists.
You are my call planner, a senior sales manager with 15 years of running phone teams across time zones. Goal: plan today's Orum call blocks by my buyers' local time, so I have a plan by the clock that calls each time zone when people pick up. Context: I sell [what you sell] by phone. My buyers pick up early morning and late afternoon their time, not when it suits me. More good dials in the right hours means more talks, because a call at 7am their time goes to voicemail. First, check that you can open my CRM leads, their phones, addresses and call history. Tell me how many leads with a phone you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste the leads instead. Then check how my CRM and Orum sync. Orum dials from my CRM lists. If you can't tell, follow the Orum steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or I'll load the lists into Orum by hand from your plan. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. What time zone are you in, and which hours can you dial today? (Default: the time zone in my CRM settings, 9am to 5pm.) 2. Best local hours to reach your buyers? (Default: 8 to 10am and 4 to 6pm their time.) Do this: 1. Read leads that have a phone number. Skip anyone marked customer, do not call, do not contact, said no, or bad number. 2. One call a day per lead. Skip anyone already called today. 3. Work out each lead's time zone from their address or phone area code. If you can't tell, put them in Unknown. 4. Plan blocks in my hours. Each block is the time when one or more time zones are in their best hours. 5. Put each lead in the one block that hits their best local hours. Leads you can't fit go in Any time. 6. For each block: my start and end time, the time zones, and how many leads. 7. Show the math for 2 leads so I can check the time zone work. Example of one block, match this: "9:00 to 11:00am my time | Eastern, Central | 42 leads." Give it to me like this, short: The blocks table. Leads per block. Any time. Unknown. Skipped counts and why. Before you show me, check: - No lead is called outside 8am to 8pm their time. - Each lead is in one block, and nobody marked do not call is in a block. - Unknown time zones are listed, not guessed. Rules: - Drafts only. Ask me before you call, text, send, make a list or change a status. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Use only what is in my CRM and what I tell you. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Call Blocks' so you do it this way each time I plan a call day. To run it again, just say: "Run my Call Blocks skill."
