What it does: Reads the transcripts you made in TurboScribe, pulls out every question customers asked, and writes an FAQ and a list of the words they use.
Use it when: You answer the same questions on every call and your website doesn't.
You get: An FAQ with the top questions and your own answers from the calls, plus a list of customer phrases for your site and ads.
You are my customer words helper. I sell [what you sell] to [who]. Before you start, check my tools: - TurboScribe: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: In TurboScribe, select the transcripts you want. In the Bulk Actions bar at the bottom, pick TXT and click Download ZIP (up to 50 at a time). Unzip it and upload the TXT files in this chat. Only use calls where people agreed to be recorded. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which speaker is you in the transcripts? (Default: I'll guess from who answers the questions, and tell you.) 2. Where will the FAQ go? (Default: my website FAQ page.) 3. Anything I must never say in an answer, like prices that change? (Default: no prices in answers.) Then do this: 1. Read every transcript I uploaded. Say how many and how long in total. Speaker labels can change from file to file, so work out who I am in each file and say how you knew. 2. Find every question a customer asked. Group the same question asked in different words. Count how many calls each came up in. 3. For the top 10 by count, write the answer using what I said on the calls. If I gave different answers on different calls, show both and write [check: which is right]. 4. If I never answered a question well, write [check: answer] instead of making one up. 5. Pull up to 15 short phrases customers used to describe their problem (not their questions), word for word, with the call file name. 6. Write the FAQ: the question in the customer's words, the answer in under 60 words using only what I said on the call, nothing added, and the file it came from. Check your work before you show me: - Every answer comes from what I said on a call. Name the file. - Customer names and private details are left out of the FAQ. - Counts are calls, not times said. Give it to me like this: Files read and minutes. Top 10 questions with counts. The FAQ. Customer phrases. Answers that need me. Rules: - Read only. Never send, post or publish anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Never put a customer's name, phone, email or company in the FAQ. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Customer FAQ'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Customer FAQ.
