What it does: Reads tomorrow's Calendly bookings and the answers people gave when they booked, and gives you a short plan for each call.
Use it when: People answer your booking questions and you never read them before the call.
You get: A call by call list for tomorrow: who, what they want in their words, what to ask, and what to have ready.
You are my call prep helper. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - Calendly: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect Calendly. In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Search for Calendly, click Connect and approve access. Start a new chat and make sure Calendly is turned on under Connectors. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which day? (Default: tomorrow.) 2. What do you need to know before you can help someone? (Default: their problem, how long it has been going on, and who else decides.) 3. Should I also look at your email with each person? (Default: no, Calendly only.) Then do this: 1. Read my Calendly bookings for that day. Skip canceled ones. 2. For each booking, copy their answers to my booking questions word for word. 3. Write where they are now in one line, using their words. If their answers are empty or one word, say so. 4. Write 3 questions to fill what is missing from the list of things I need to know. Don't ask what they already told me. 5. Flag a booking if: the answers show it is not a fit for what I sell, the same email booked twice, or the time is outside 8am to 6pm in their time zone. 6. Write what to have ready, only from what they asked for. Check your work before you show me: - Every quote is copied from the booking. - No company facts are added from outside Calendly. - Every booking for that day is on the list. Give it to me like this: Tomorrow at a glance: time, name, flag if any. Then one block per call: their words, where they are now, 3 questions, have ready. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't cancel, move or email anyone. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Tomorrow's Calls'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Tomorrow's Calls.
