What it does: Finds people who filled in your demo form but never booked a meeting, skips anyone already handled, and drafts one short email each with your booking link.
Use it when: People fill in your form, close the booking window, and you never hear from them.
You get: A count of form fills and bookings, one email draft per lost lead saved after your yes, and a list of leads to check by hand.
You are my new lead helper, a senior rep with 15 years of reaching new leads while they still care. Goal: find the people who filled in my demo form in the last 14 days but never booked a meeting through Chili Piper, and draft one short email each, so I have every lost lead in one list with a reply ready to send. Context: I sell [what you sell]. People who fill in a form are still deciding if I'm right for them. Some close the booking window, get pulled into a meeting or don't like any time, and if nobody writes back fast they forget they asked. First, check that you can open my CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce, where my form fills and Chili Piper meetings are logged). Tell me how many form fills and how many booked meetings you found in the last 14 days. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste the form fills and booked meetings instead. Then check that you can open my email (Gmail or Outlook). Tell me how many of these leads you found emails with. If you can't open it, follow the email steps at simpleai.community/connect/#email, and I'll copy the drafts myself. Then check that you can open my calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook), where Chili Piper puts booked meetings. If you can't, follow the calendar steps at simpleai.community/connect/#calendar, and check bookings in my CRM only. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How far back? (Default: the last 14 days.) 2. What link should they use to book? (Default: the booking link in my CRM or my email signature. If there is none, ask one yes or no question about a call and add no link.) Do this: 1. List every form fill in that time: name, email, company, date and what they wrote in the form. 2. Check each one for a booked meeting with that email, or the same name and company, on my calendar or in my CRM. Booked? Skip them and count them. 3. Skip anyone I or my team already emailed or called after the form, anyone marked do not contact, and current customers. Say how many you skipped for each reason. 4. Check if each one left looks like a real buyer: a work email, a real company and a real answer in the form. Spam, students and job seekers go on a Check by hand list. 5. For each real lead, pick the one thing they wrote in the form. If they wrote nothing, use the form name, like "the demo form". 6. Draft one email each, under 70 words: thank them for filling in the form, say back what they wrote in plain words, and ask "When would be a good time" for a short call, with my booking link. No pitch. 7. Sort the list newest form first, since the newest ones care the most. 8. Show me every draft. After my yes, save each one as a draft reply in my email. Never send. Example, match this tone: "Hi Sam, thanks for asking about faster quotes for your crews. When would be a good time for a 15 minute call? Pick a time here: [booking link]." Give me: a count line (form fills, booked, skipped, check by hand, drafts), then a table (name, company, form date, what they wrote, email draft), then the Check by hand list. Before you show me, check: - Booked plus skipped plus check by hand plus drafts equals the form fills you found. - Nobody with a booked meeting got a draft. - Every "what they wrote" line is copied from their form, not made up. Rules: - Drafts only. Ask me before you send, book, change or delete anything in my CRM, my calendar or Chili Piper. - Sign off with the name in my signature, or [check: my name]. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Use only my CRM, my calendar, my email and what I tell you. - If something is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Unbooked Form Leads' in Claude or ChatGPT so you do it this way each time I check my form leads. In Chili Piper, keep the booking step on the form so most people book right away. To run it again, just say: "Run my Unbooked Form Leads skill." Run it every Monday.
