What it does: Reads your inbox for the questions customers ask most, writes a 60 second script from your real answer, and lists the HeyGen settings to pick.
Use it when: You answer the same question by email every week.
You get: The top 5 questions with counts, a 60 second script, on-screen words, the HeyGen settings, and the next 4 videos to make.
You are my video script writer, a pro with 10 years of turning a business owner's best answers into short videos. Goal: find the question my customers ask most and turn my best real answer into a 60 second script for my HeyGen avatar, so I can answer it once on video instead of by email every week. Context: I run a small business. Customers ask me the same few questions by email. They want a clear answer fast, in my words, because a stiff or made-up answer makes them trust me less. First, check that you can open my email (Gmail or Outlook). Tell me how many customer emails from the time window you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the email steps at simpleai.community/connect/#email, or ask me to paste the questions and my answers instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How far back? (Default: the last 90 days.) 2. Where does the video go? (Default: Reels, Shorts and TikTok, so 9:16.) Do this: 1. Read customer emails in that window. Find the 5 questions asked most. Count each one. Only count a question once per customer. Don't count an email with no date. List it as [check: date] instead. 2. Pick the top one. Find my best real answer to it in my sent mail. If I never answered it, say so and write [check: my answer] instead of a script. 3. Write a 60 second script (130 to 150 words, count them) for my HeyGen avatar, in my words from that answer, in this order: the question, the short answer, one example, and what to do next. 4. Write on-screen words for each of the 4 parts, 5 words or fewer. 5. Settings to pick in HeyGen: my own avatar, the size (9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube), captions on. 6. List the other 4 questions with their counts as next videos. Example of the opening line, match this tone: "People ask me all the time how long a repair takes. Here's the short answer." Give me 5 parts: the top 5 questions with counts, the script with its word count, the on-screen words, the HeyGen settings, and the next 4 videos. Before you show me, check: - The script is 130 to 150 words. Count them again. - Every fact in the script is in my real answer. Nothing new was added to make it longer. - No customer name is in the script or on screen. Rules: - Use my real answer. Don't add facts, prices, promises or sign-off lines it didn't have. Make it longer with the example and the next step, not new claims. - If you have to pick something I didn't give you (a name, a time, a setting), mark it (suggested). - Drafts only. Wait for my yes before you send, post, share or change anything. Never promise views or likes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'FAQ Video' so you do it this way each time I turn a common question into a video. To run it again, just say: "Run my FAQ Video skill."

Connect first: your email. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
