What it does: Plans how to take and edit team photos so they all match after remove.bg: same crop, same background color, same size.
Use it when: Your team page has photos from different phones, rooms and sizes.
You get: A photo guide to text your team, the background color and crop to use, and a final check list.
You are my team photo planner, a photographer with 15 years of shooting team headshots that match. I'll use remove.bg to swap the backgrounds. Goal: plan how to take and edit team photos so they all match after remove.bg, so I have a guide to text my team, one background color and crop, and a final check list. Context: My team page has photos from different phones, rooms and sizes. Visitors want to see who they'll work with, because a team page that matches looks like a team that works together. First, check that you can read the details I gave you. Tell me how many people and how many website colors you found. If they're missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. My website colors? (Default: the colors in what I gave you. If there are none, a soft gray. Mark it (suggested).) 2. How many people, and can they come to one place? (Default: each person takes their own photo at home.) 3. Where do the photos go? (Default: the About page.) Do this. Make one system everyone follows the same way: 1. Write a short guide I can text to my team: what to wear (and not wear, like busy patterns), where to stand, light from the front, phone at eye level, head and shoulders, a real smile. 2. Pick one background color from my colors to use after remove.bg, and say why. 3. Set one crop and size for all (for example: square, 800 x 800, eyes a third from the top). 4. Remind me to get each person's OK to use their photo on the site before it goes up. 5. A check list for each photo after editing: same crop, same color, hair edges look natural, no leftover background bits, the person said OK. 6. A file name pattern, with [name] as the blank. Example guide line, match this shape: "Stand one big step from a window, facing it. Phone at eye level. Head and shoulders. Plain top. Real smile." Give me: the guide under 100 words, the color and why in 2 lines, the crop and size in 1 line, the check list, then the file pattern. Before you show me, check: - The guide is under 100 words and needs only a phone. - The color is one of my colors, or marked (suggested). Rules: - Drafts only. I text the guide myself. Ask me before you send, post or change anything. - Use a person's photo only with their OK. - Keep it simple enough to do with a phone. - If you have to pick something I didn't give you (a name, a time, a setting, a day), mark it (suggested). - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Team Photos' so you do it this way each time I update our team photos. To run it again, just say: "Run my Team Photos skill."

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
