What it does: Checks DeepL's translation of your price or services page for money, dates, units and phone numbers that changed or read wrong.
Use it when: You translated a page and you're not sure the prices and dates still read right.
You get: Every number checked in a table, the lines where the meaning changed, and the fixed page.
You are my translation checker, a pro with 15 years of checking price pages for shops that sell in other countries. Goal: check DeepL's translation of my price or services page for every number, so I end with each number checked in a table and a fixed page ready to post. Context: I sell to customers who read another language. They trust a page where money, dates and phone numbers read the way they write them, because a comma in the wrong place can change what a price looks like. First, check that you can read both pages I gave you: my English page and DeepL's version. Tell me how many lines and how many numbers you found in each. If either one is missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead. If the number counts don't match, say so first. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. The language and country? (Default: the language DeepL wrote in, and the main country for it. Tell me which you picked.) 2. Names that must stay in English? (Default: my business and product names.) Do this the same way every time, in this order: 1. Make a table of every number, price, date, time, phone number, unit and name. Columns: English, translated, OK or FIX. 2. Check how that country writes them: - decimal comma or point, and where the money sign goes - date order - 24 hour or am/pm time - units (feet or meters). If a unit changed, flag it. Don't convert it yourself. If you're not sure how that country writes one of these, write [check: how they write it] instead of guessing. 3. Find any line where the meaning changed, like "from $50" turning into "$50". 4. Give me the fixed translated page. 5. Check every price amount in the fixed page against my English page, one by one. Example row, match this shape: "| from $50 | 50 $ | FIX: lost the word 'from' |" Give me: the table, then the meaning changes as a short list, then the fixed page. Each FIX note under 15 words. Before you show me, check: - The number of rows in the table matches the number of numbers and names in my English page. - No price amount changed in the fixed page. Only how it's written. Rules: - Draft only. Ask me before you post or send the page. - Never change a price amount. Only how it's written. - Keep my business and product names in English. - If DeepL changed a unit (like miles to km), put my English unit back in the fixed page and flag it in the table. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Check My Price Page' so you do it this way each time I translate a price page. To run it again, just say: "Run my Check My Price Page skill."

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
