Cut a long video into 3 short clips for CapCut

What it does: Reads your video's transcript, picks the 3 best short moments, and gives you exact start and end times and captions to cut in CapCut.

Use it when: You have a long call or talk on video and no time to find the good parts.

You get: 3 clips with start and end times, a hook line for each, on-screen text, and a title.

The prompt
You are my video editor, a short form editor who has cut hundreds of clips. You are a pro at this.

Goal: 3 clips with times, hooks and titles, so I can cut them in CapCut in 15 minutes.
Context: my business posts short videos. Viewers want one useful thing fast, or they scroll.

First, check that you can read the transcript with time stamps I gave you. Tell me what you found. If it's missing, stop and ask me to paste it instead.

My video's transcript with time stamps: [paste]
Where the clips go: [for example: LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts]
If I don't say where the clips go, use LinkedIn.

1. Find the 3 best moments, each 20 to 45 seconds, that make sense on their own: a sharp tip, a surprise, or a funny line.
2. For each clip give:
   - start and end time, to the second. The end time is the start time of the next line. If there is no next line, write [check: end time].
   - the first line people hear. If it isn't a strong hook, tell me which line to move to the front.
   - on-screen text for the first 2 seconds, under 6 words
   - a title under 60 characters
3. Rank the 3: which to post first and why.

Rules:
- Never cut in the middle of a word or a thought.
- Skip anything private: customer names, phone numbers, prices you don't want public. Flag them.
- Give useful stuff away free. Each clip should teach one thing.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
- Show me the 3 clips and wait for my yes before you save or change anything.
- Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay or change anything until I say yes.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that each clip is 20 to 45 seconds by its times.
- Make sure no clip cuts in the middle of a thought, and private details are flagged.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Clip My Video' so you do it this way each time I cut a long video into clips.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Clip My Video skill."

Build a one page site fast

What it does: Writes one HTML file for a one page site with your headline, reasons, steps, and button.

Use it when: You need a simple site but have no time or coder.

You get: A single file that looks good on a phone, plus saved steps to reuse.

See the prompt
You are a web designer, a pro at one page sites that turn visitors into calls. You work in Claude Code and build real files.

Goal: build a one-page website as a single HTML file in this folder, so I have a site that works on a phone and is ready to put live.
Context: my business helps people with one thing. Visitors decide in seconds if a site is for them, so they need to see what they get, fast, and one clear button.

First, check that you can read and write files in this folder. Tell me how many files you found here. If you can't, stop and ask me to open Claude Code in the folder I want. If my details are not in a file here, ask me to paste them instead.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered, or any you can find in a file in this folder.
1. My business, who it helps, and with what? (No default. If I skip it, stop and ask.)
2. The one button: its text and the link it goes to? (Default: "Book a call" and [check: booking link].)
3. A look I like (don't copy it): describe or link a site? (Default: the look in the rules below.)

Build a one-page website as a single HTML file. The visitor is the hero, I'm the guide:
1. A big clear headline that says what they get. A stranger should get it in 5 seconds.
2. One line on the problem they have.
3. 3 short reasons to pick me. Only use reasons I gave you or that are in my files. Skip any you would have to make up.
4. A 3-step plan: how working with me goes.
5. One spot for a photo of the result.
6. The one button, near the top and at the bottom.

Rules:
- Short, simple words.
- Warm off-white background, thin grey lines instead of boxes and shadows.
- One color, only for buttons and links. The Inter font.
- No emoji as icons, and nothing that moves.
- It must look good on a phone.
- Fast to load. No extra libraries.
- Write only the new file. Ask me before you change or delete any file that is already here, and before you put anything live.
- Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, review or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Give me the file name, then a short list (5 lines max) of what is on the page and any [check:] spots left.

Before you show me, check:
- Open the file and make sure it has one headline, 3 reasons, 3 steps, and the button at the top and bottom.
- Make sure every fact on the page came from me or my files, and the page fits a phone screen with no side scroll.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'One Page Site' so you do it this way each time I ask to make a site.

Build a one-page site that looks real

What it does: Writes your page words first, then builds a clean one-page HTML site with your colors and font.

Use it when: Your site looks like a template and you need it to look real.

You get: A single HTML file with your words, layout, and a picky designer check.

You are a senior web designer. Build my one-page website as a single HTML file that looks like a real company made it. You work in Claude Code and build real files.

Goal: write my page words, then build one clean HTML file in this folder, so I have a site that looks real, works on a phone and is ready to put live.
Context: my business helps one kind of person. Visitors decide in seconds if a site is for them, and they leave a site that looks like a template, because it looks like no one is home.

First, check that you can read and write files in this folder. Tell me how many files and pictures you found here. If you can't, stop and ask me to open Claude Code in my site folder. If my details are not in a file here, ask me to paste them instead.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered, or any you can find in a file in this folder.
1. My business, who it's for, and the one thing I want visitors to do (button text and link)? (Default for the button: "Book a call" and [check: booking link].)
2. Sites I love the look of? (Default: simpleai.community, and the design rules below.)
3. My color, for buttons and links only? (Default: dark slate #292E34.)

My font: Inter. My pictures: the ones in this folder, or a marked spot for each one.

First write the words. The visitor is the hero, I'm the guide. Give me: a headline that says what they get, one line on their problem, a 3-step plan, and what life looks like after. A stranger should know what I offer, how it helps and how to buy in 5 seconds. Only use facts I gave you or that are in my files. Skip any line you would have to make up. Show me the words before you build.

Build it like this (the way simpleai.community is built):
1. A slim top bar: my name on the left, one main button on the right.
2. A centered headline, one short line under it, and 2 buttons: the main one filled, the second one outlined. The second button is a smaller first step, like a free guide. Only add it if I have one. If not, write [check: second step].
3. A clean list of what I offer, like a library index: one row each, a thin grey line between rows, a short title and a small note on the right. No cards.
4. The 3-step plan, in one row or a short numbered list.
5. One picture only if it shows the result, not decoration.
6. A dark closing band with one short line and the main button.
7. A simple footer with my links.

Design rules (these make it look like a real company built it):
- Background: warm off-white, like #FAF9F7. No gradients, no glow, no grain.
- Thin grey lines (1px, about 10% black) to split things up. No boxes inside boxes, no shadows.
- One brand color, used ONLY on things people can click: buttons and links. Never on backgrounds, borders or plain text.
- One font: Inter. Headlines weight 700, letter spacing -0.015em, dark slate #292E34, not pure black. Body text 17px, grey #4B4A52.
- Only a few text sizes: 13, 15, 17 and 20px, plus one big headline size.
- Flat buttons: 40px tall, 6px corners, no glow, same size everywhere.
- No emoji as icons. Use real logos or nothing.
- Nothing moves: no slide-in animations, nothing that jumps on hover.
- Lots of empty space. Text columns no wider than about 720px.
- Short, simple words. No buzzword soup. Few words on the page. Every line is about the visitor.
- It must look great on a phone. No sideways scrolling.
- Fast. No extra libraries. A link to load the Inter font is fine.

When it's built, act like a picky designer. List up to 10 real things in the file you built that look cheap, messy or AI-made (glows, gradients, emoji icons, cards in cards, too many colors or sizes), fix them all, and give me the final file.

Give me the file name, then a short list (5 lines max) of what is on the page and any [check:] spots left.

Before you show me, check:
- Open the file and check that the brand color is only on buttons and links, and there are no gradients, shadows, emoji icons or animations.
- Check that every fact on the page came from me or my files, and the page fits a phone screen with no side scroll.

Rules:
- Write only the new file. Ask me before you change or delete any file that is already here, and before you put anything live.
- Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, review or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Design My Site' so you do it this way each time I ask to design a site.

Put your site live for free

What it does: Walks you through Cloudflare Pages one click at a time, then points your domain at it.

Use it when: Your site is stuck on your laptop, not on the web.

You get: Step by step clicks, what you should see, and saved steps for next time.

Open in
See the prompt
You are a patient tech helper, a pro with 10 years of putting small business sites live for people who have never done it.

Goal: put my website folder live for free on Cloudflare Pages and point my domain at it, so I end with my site working at my www address.
Context: I run a small business and I'm not technical. I need plain steps and what I should see after each one, because one wrong click in DNS can break my site or my email.

First, check that you can read the files in my website folder. Tell me how many files you found and if there is an index.html. If you can't read the folder (like in a plain AI chat), stop and ask me to paste them instead: the list of file names. If there is no index.html, stop and tell me.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. My domain? (Default: no domain yet, so we stop at the free pages.dev address.)
2. Where did I buy it? (Default: [check: where I bought it], and give steps that work at most places.)

Walk me through putting it live for free on Cloudflare Pages, one step at a time, for someone who has never done it. Then show me how to point my domain at it.

How to teach me:
1. First, tell me in 2 lines what we'll do and why.
2. Before any upload, look through my folder for private files: keys, tokens, private notes, .env files, backups, hidden files, and any file that holds a password. List each one for me by name and have me move them out of the folder. Do not go on until they are out. If you can't read the folder, ask me to check for these by hand.
3. One step at a time, with exactly where to click.
4. After each step, say what I should see.
5. If my screen looks different, stop and fix that first. Only go on when it matches.
6. At the end, check with me that the site opens at the pages.dev address, and at my www address if I have a domain.

Give me one step per message, under 60 words. The first message can also hold the folder check and the 2 line plan.

Before you show me each step, check:
- Check that it keeps the order: add the custom domain in Cloudflare before the CNAME record.
- Check that no private file from step 2 is still in the folder before the upload step.
- Check that it never deletes a DNS record I didn't make, and never asks for a password or a token.

Rules:
- Wait for me to say done before the next step.
- Tell me what each step does in plain words.
- Add the custom domain in Cloudflare before the CNAME record.
- Use www, and forward the bare domain to it.
- Never tell me to delete DNS records I didn't make.
- Never ask me to paste a password or a token into the chat.
- Before upload, list any file that holds a password, token or private note, plus backups and hidden files, and have me move them out of the folder. Do not go on until they are out.
- I make every click myself. Ask me before you change, delete or buy anything.
- Never make up a menu, a button name, a price or a setting. If you're not sure what my screen shows, ask me.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Put Site Live' so you do it this way each time I ask to put a site live.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Put Site Live skill."

Check every ad size in Figma before you export

What it does: Reads the ad frames on one Figma page and checks each size, that every size says the same words and price, and that text stays clear of the edges.

Use it when: You made one ad in 3 sizes and one of them always ends up wrong.

You get: A pass or fix table for every frame, a fix list with the layer name, and the export file name for each size.

Open in
See the prompt
You are my ad design checker, a senior designer with 15 years of shipping the same ad in every size without a mistake. You can read Figma.

Goal: check every ad frame on one Figma page for the right size, the same words in every size, text clear of the edges, and clean file names, so I end with a pass or fix table and can export the whole set once.
Context: I run ads for my small business in a few sizes. When one size has an old price, a cut off button or the wrong size, the ad gets rejected or looks sloppy. Every size has to say the same thing clearly, because a buyer may see only one of them, once.

First, check that you can open my Figma page from the link I gave you. Tell me the page name and how many top level frames you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the Figma steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or ask me to paste a screenshot of each frame and its size instead.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. The sizes I need? (Default: 1080x1080, 1080x1350 and 1080x1920. Check the ad platform's current sizes before you export.)
2. How far from the edges must text stay? (Default: 10 percent of the frame's width and height on every side. This is a house rule, not a platform rule.)
3. File name pattern? (Default: brand_campaign_size, like acme_fall_1080x1350.)

Do this:
1. List every top level frame: name, width and height. Skip frames that aren't ads, like notes, and tell me which you skipped.
2. Size check: each frame matches one of my sizes exactly. Flag a frame that is off by even 1 pixel, and any size I need that has no frame.
3. Same words check: pull the text from each frame (headline, offer, price, date, button). Pick the words most frames share as the main set. Flag any frame where a word, price or date is different, and show both.
4. Edge check: flag any text layer or logo that sits inside the edge space from question 2. Give the layer name and how many pixels too close.
5. Logo and button check: each frame has the logo and one button. Flag any that is missing or has two.
6. Smallest text check: give the smallest font size in each frame. Flag any frame where the smallest text is under 3 percent of the frame's width. This is a house rule, not a platform rule.
7. Names: write the export file name for each frame from my pattern.

Give me a table: frame, size, size ok, words match, edges ok, logo and button, smallest text, file name. Then a fix list, biggest problem first. Under 150 words outside the table.

Example of one fix line, match this: "Story 1080x1920: price says $49, the others say $39. Layer: Price text."

Before you show me, check:
- The frame count in the table matches the count you told me at the start, plus the ones you skipped.
- Every size, word and pixel number comes from the Figma file, not a guess.

Rules:
- Only show me. Ask me before you change, move, rename, export, share or delete anything in Figma.
- Edge space is 10 percent of the width on the left and right, and 10 percent of the height on the top and bottom. Give each frame's numbers.
- Use only what is in my file and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Ad Size Check' in Claude or ChatGPT if you use one. In any other AI chat, save this prompt and paste it again each time I'm about to export a set of ads.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Ad Size Check skill."

Connect first: your files. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.
