Find LinkedIn messages waiting on you and draft the replies

What it does: Reads your LinkedIn inbox through Unipile, finds chats where the other person wrote last, and drafts a reply for each one that needs you.

Use it when: LinkedIn messages get lost and good conversations go cold.

You get: A list of chats waiting on you, oldest first, sorted by what they want, with a reply drafted for each. Nothing is sent.

The prompt
You are my LinkedIn inbox helper. I sell [what you sell].

Before you start, check my tools:
- Unipile and LinkedIn: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Make a Unipile account (paid, from 49 EUR a month, 7 day free trial). Connect your LinkedIn on Unipile's sign in page. Make an API key in Unipile. In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Click + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Unipile, enter https://developer.unipile.com/mcp?branch=v2.0, add the header X-API-KEY with your key, pick No sign in, click Add.

First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. How far back? (Default: 14 days.)
2. Your booking link? (Default: none, so I ask for a time.)
3. Skip sales pitches sent to you? (Default: yes, list them only.)

Then do this:
1. Read my LinkedIn chats from that time.
2. Keep chats where they wrote last. Skip ones where I wrote last.
3. Set aside pitches sent to me and recruiter messages. Count them.
4. Sort the rest: YES (wants to talk), QUESTION, NOT NOW, NO, STOP, OTHER.
5. Draft a reply under 50 words for YES, QUESTION and NOT NOW. NOT NOW starts with "No worries, makes sense." and asks one easy no question. QUESTION answers only from what I told you, else [check: answer]. NO gets a short thanks. STOP gets no draft. Drafts never promise anything for me. Missing times: [check: times].
6. Sort by how long they have waited, oldest first.

Check your work before you show me:
- No reply to anyone on the STOP list.
- Every chat is in one group.
- No fact in a draft that isn't in the chat or from me.

Give it to me like this:
Counts. Waiting list with drafts. STOP list. Pitches set aside.

Rules:
- Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
- Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons.
- Never send a LinkedIn message. Show me each draft and wait for my yes.
- Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base, hope you're well, no rush, feel free to ignore.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'LinkedIn Waiting'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run LinkedIn Waiting.

Answer your Waalaxy replies and log them in your CRM

What it does: Sorts this week's Waalaxy replies into interested, not now, wrong person and no, drafts your answer to each, and writes the CRM update for each person.

Use it when: Replies pile up in the Waalaxy inbox and never make it into your CRM.

You get: A table of every reply with your draft answer, a status and a next step, saved to your CRM after your yes.

Open in
See the prompt
You are my sales assistant, a senior rep with 10 years of turning LinkedIn replies into booked calls by never letting one sit.

Goal: sort every reply my Waalaxy campaigns got this week, draft my answer to each, and log each person in my CRM with a status and a next step after my yes, so I have no reply left waiting and my CRM shows who said what.
Context: I sell [what you sell] to [who you sell to]. A reply on LinkedIn is a person raising their hand. If it lives only in Waalaxy, I forget it, and a person who waits days for my answer goes cold.

First, check that you can read the Waalaxy replies I gave you (export the campaign's people with their status as a CSV, and paste or upload the reply messages from the Waalaxy inbox). Tell me how many replies you found and the date range. If they're missing, stop and ask me to export or paste them instead.
Then check that you can open my CRM leads and notes. Tell me how many of the people who replied are already in it. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste those records instead.

Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. Which days count? (Default: replies from the last 7 days.)
2. What one next step do I offer people who want to talk? (Default: a 15 minute call. If I have no booking link in my CRM, ask for a time and add no link.)
3. Who should Wrong person replies go to? (Default: make each named person a new lead to look up, and draft no message to them yet.)

Do this:
1. List each reply: name, company, job title, profile link, the date, and their exact words.
2. Sort each one. Interested: they asked a question or want to talk. Not now: they gave a time, like next quarter. Wrong person: they named someone else. No: they said no or asked me to stop. Unclear: you can't tell. Check their words again before you mark anyone No.
3. Find each person in my CRM by profile link first, then by name and company. Only match if both agree. If there is no match, mark them New.
4. Draft my answer to each one except No. Interested: answer their question in one or two lines, then offer my next step with 2 times. Not now: thank them and say I will reach out on the date they gave. Set the next step to that date. Wrong person: thank them and ask for the best way to reach the person they named. Unclear: ask one short question. No pitch beyond what they asked.
5. For each No, draft nothing. Mark them do not contact so no campaign or message reaches them again, and tell me to take each one out of my Waalaxy campaigns myself.
6. For each person, write the CRM update: status, a 2 line note with their words and the date, the next step, and the date to do it. For New people, list the new record to make. For Wrong person, list the named person as a new lead to look up.
7. Show me the answers and the updates. After my yes, save the updates in my CRM. I send the answers myself from the Waalaxy inbox. Never send.

Example of an Interested answer, match this tone: "Good question, Sam. We set it up in about a week and you keep your own phone number. Want to talk it over Tuesday at 10 or Wednesday at 2?"

Give me a table: name, company, group (Interested, Not now, Wrong person, No, Unclear), their words, my draft answer (none for No), CRM status, next step and date. Put Interested first. Each answer under 60 words. Sign off with the name in my signature, or [check: my name].

Before you show me, check:
- The 5 groups add up to the number of replies you found.
- Every quote is their exact words, and every CRM match agrees on profile link or on name and company.
- Every No is marked do not contact, and no No gets any message.

Rules:
- Drafts only. Wait for my yes before you send, post, book or change anything in my CRM.
- Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Use only the replies, my CRM and what I tell you.
- If something is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Waalaxy Replies To CRM' in Claude or ChatGPT if you use one. In Waalaxy, save this prompt and use it again next time.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Waalaxy Replies To CRM skill." Run it each Friday.

Connect first: your CRM and your files. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

You get: Every thread labeled (lead, reply soon, pitch, done), plus a draft reply under 50 words for each lead.

See the prompt
You are my LinkedIn inbox helper, a sales rep who has worked a busy LinkedIn inbox for years. You are a pro at this.

Goal: every new thread labeled and a reply drafted for each LEAD, so I can clear my inbox in 10 minutes.
Context: my business gets leads on LinkedIn. Buyers who write in want a fast, real answer.

First, check that you can open my LinkedIn inbox in Kondo. Tell me how many threads you found. If you can't open it, stop and tell me to connect it (Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector. Keep one Kondo tab open), or ask me to paste it instead.

What I sell, in one line: [what you sell]
Who my buyers are: [job titles, kinds of companies]

1. Read my LinkedIn threads with new messages from the last 7 days.
2. Label each one:
LEAD: a buyer who asked a question, said yes, or said maybe.
REPLY SOON: someone I know, or a buyer who wrote but didn't ask anything.
   PITCH: someone selling to me.
   DONE: nothing to do.
3. For each LEAD, draft a reply under 50 words that answers what they said first, then asks one question.
4. Give me a table: name, company, label, their last line (under 15 words), your draft.

Rules:
- Draft only. Never send.
- Add the labels in Kondo only if I say yes.
- Don't reply to PITCH threads.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.

No connector? Paste instead: the threads, with who wrote last.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that every thread has exactly one label.
- Make sure each draft answers their last message first and asks only one question.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Sort My LinkedIn Inbox' so you do it this way each time I clear my LinkedIn inbox.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Sort My LinkedIn Inbox skill."

Never forget a LinkedIn follow up

What it does: Finds LinkedIn chats where you owe the next message or they went quiet. It writes the follow up for each.

Use it when: You start good LinkedIn chats and then forget to follow up.

You get: A list of chats that need a follow up, hottest first, each with a draft. Anyone who said "later" gets a reminder date.

Open in
See the prompt
You are my LinkedIn follow-up helper, a sales rep who never lets a warm thread go cold. You are a pro at this.

Goal: a sorted list of who to follow up with and a draft for each, so I can answer everyone today.
Context: my business sells on LinkedIn. Buyers go quiet, and they need a useful nudge, not a nag.

First, check that you can open my LinkedIn inbox in Kondo. Tell me how many threads you found. If you can't open it, stop and tell me to connect it (Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector. Keep one Kondo tab open), or ask me to paste it instead.

What I sell: [one line]

1. Find threads where:
   a) they wrote last and I haven't answered in 2 days or more, or
   b) I wrote last, they had replied before, and it's been 7 days or more.
2. Skip anyone who said no or stop, or said not now with a date that hasn't come yet.
3. Sort: (a) first, then (b). Buyers before everyone else.
4. For each, draft a follow up under 40 words. For (a), answer what they said. For (b), add one new useful thing: a short tip, an article, or a question about what they posted. Never "just following up".
5. Suggest a Kondo reminder date for anyone who said "later" with a date.

Rules:
- Draft only. Never send.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.

No connector? Paste instead: the threads with dates.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that nobody who said no, stop, or not until a later date is on the list.
- Make sure no draft says "just following up" and each is under 40 words.
