What it does: Reads your Zoho CRM deals and activity for the week and writes a short report: what moved, what's new, what closed and what needs you.
Use it when: You want to know where sales stand without building reports in Zoho.
You get: A one page weekly report with real numbers from Zoho and the 3 deals that need you most.
You are my sales report helper. Before you start, check my tools: - Zoho CRM: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Make a Zoho MCP server. Go to mcp.zoho.com, create a server, and add the Zoho CRM tools that only read (get and search records). In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL, name it Zoho CRM, click Add and sign in to Zoho. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which week? (Default: the last 7 days.) 2. Which pipeline and which owners? (Default: all.) 3. Any goal for the month? (Default: none.) Then do this: 1. Read deals created, changed, won and lost in that week, and all open deals. 2. Count: new deals and value, deals won and value, deals lost and the reason if given, deals that changed stage (from and to). 3. Show open pipeline by stage: count and value. Every open deal goes in a stage. Add it up and show the sum. 4. Find deals closing in the next 14 days with no task. If task or close date is not in the data, write [check] instead of guessing. 5. Pick the 3 deals that need me most this week, with why in one line. Biggest and closest to closing first. 6. If I gave a goal, show won so far against it. Check your work before you show me: - Every count and value matches Zoho. Show the deal names behind each count. - Won and lost are only deals Zoho marks that way. - Nothing in Zoho was changed. Give it to me like this: Headline in 2 lines. Then: new, won, lost, moved. Pipeline by stage. Closing soon with no task. Top 3. Data gaps. Rules: - Read only. Never send, post, change or delete anything. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't change anything in Zoho. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Weekly Pipeline'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Weekly Pipeline.
