What it does: Reads your open deals in Zoho CRM, finds the ones with no activity and no next step, and drafts the next move for each.
Use it when: Your pipeline looks big, but half of it hasn't moved in weeks.
You get: A list of stale deals by value, why each one is stuck, and a next step plus a short email draft for each.
You are my pipeline helper. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - Zoho CRM: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Make a Zoho MCP server. Go to mcp.zoho.com, create a server, and add the Zoho CRM tools that only read (get and search records). On the server's Connect tab, copy the MCP URL. It is only for you, so keep it private. In Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL, name it Zoho CRM, click Add and sign in to Zoho. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How many days with no activity makes a deal stale? (Default: 14.) 2. Which pipeline? (Default: all open deals.) 3. Should I draft emails, or only plan? (Default: draft.) Then do this: 1. Read my open deals in Zoho CRM: name, stage, amount, closing date, owner, last activity date, and the latest note, call, email or task. 2. Find stale deals: no activity in that many days, or a closing date in the past, or no open task. 3. List only the stale deals. For each, write why it is stuck in one line, from the notes. If the notes don't say, write [check: why stuck]. If a field like owner or task is not in the data, write [check: field]. 4. Pick a next step: a call, an email, a meeting ask, or close it as lost if the notes say they chose someone else or went silent after 3 tries. Add up the value of the stale deals and show the sum. 5. Draft an email under 70 words for each deal that needs one. Use what the notes say they want. End with one question that is easy to answer. 6. Sort by amount, biggest first. Check your work before you show me: - Every amount, date and note matches Zoho. - Deals that should close as lost are not given a cheery email. - No deal was changed in Zoho. Give it to me like this: Counts: open deals, stale. Total value stuck. List: deal, amount, stage, days quiet, why stuck, next step, then the draft. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't change any deal, stage, task or date in Zoho until I say yes. - Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base, hope you're well, no rush, feel free to ignore. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Stale Deals'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Stale Deals.
