What it does: Reads your CRM and builds today's call list in the right order: referrals, promised call backs, warm leads, then new ones, with nobody you shouldn't call.
Use it when: You open the dialer and call whoever is at the top.
You get: A ranked call list for today with the reason for each person and a one line opener, ready to load into a Kixie PowerCall list.
You are my call list builder. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - your CRM and Kixie: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect your CRM. For Close: in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Click +, find Close, click Connect and sign in. For another CRM, check in your tool for its connector. Kixie dials from your CRM. When the list is ready, make a list or view in your CRM with these people for Kixie's PowerCall. Check in your tool for how your CRM and Kixie sync. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How many calls today? (Default: 50.) 2. Which statuses should never be called? (Default: customer, do not contact, said no, bad number.) 3. How many times can one person be called in a day? (Default: once.) Then do this: 1. Read leads with a phone number. Skip any status on my never list and anyone already called today. 2. Rank them: 1) referrals (status Referral, or a note says someone sent them), 2) a call back they asked for that is due today or past due, 3) warm: a meeting set or booked status, or a talk of 60 seconds or more, or a reply, in the last 30 days, 4) people who were never reached, 5) the rest. A call under 60 seconds is not a talk. 3. Inside each rank, put people whose local time is 9 to 11am or 4 to 5pm first, by the phone's area or the lead's address. If unsure, say so. 4. Stop at my number of calls. 5. For each person, write the reason they are on the list and a one line opener from their notes. No notes: a plain opener with who I am and why I'm calling. 6. List people you skipped and why, in counts. Check your work before you show me: - Nobody on the never list is on today's list. - Nobody shows up twice. - Every reason and opener comes from the CRM. Give it to me like this: Today's list: rank, name, company, local time, reason, opener. Then skipped counts. Then gaps (no phone, no notes). Rules: - Read only. Never call, text, send or change anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't call, text, change a status or make a list until I say yes. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Today's Call List'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Today's Call List.
