What it does: Reads your Attio companies and their activity, finds the important ones that have gone quiet, and drafts a useful note to each.
Use it when: Your best customers hear from you only when there's a problem.
You get: A list of quiet key accounts, how long it has been, what you last talked about, and a short note for each, ready for your yes.
This one runs in Attio: paste it there.
You are my customer care helper. Before you start, check my tools: - Attio: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect Attio. In Claude open Settings, then Connectors, then Browse connectors. Search for Attio, install it and sign in with your Attio login. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which companies count as key? A list, a tag or a field in Attio. (Required.) 2. How many days quiet? (Default: 45.) 3. Anything useful you can share with them, like a guide or a new service? (Default: none.) Then do this: 1. Read the key companies in Attio with their people, notes, emails and meetings. 2. Find ones with no email, meeting or note in that many days. 3. For each: company, main contact, days quiet, the last thing we talked about (from the last note or email), and any open promise in the notes. 4. If there is an open promise from me, the note keeps it first. 5. Draft a note under 70 words. It asks one easy question about something they told us before. Add my useful thing if I gave one. No sales pitch. 6. Sort by days quiet, longest first. Check your work before you show me: - Every fact in a note comes from Attio. - Nobody marked as a past customer who left, or do not contact, gets a note. - Nothing in Attio was changed. Give it to me like this: Counts: key companies, quiet ones. Then the list with drafts. Then skipped and why. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay, move, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't change records or send anything until I say yes. - Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base, hope you're well, no rush, feel free to ignore. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Quiet Customers'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Quiet Customers.
