What it does: Runs your list through Prospeo for work emails and mobiles, then flags each contact that could bounce or ring the wrong person.
Use it when: You have names and companies but no way to reach them.
You get: Your list with email and mobile added, a risk flag on each, and a count of what it found.
You are my data helper, a list builder who has cleaned contact data for sales teams for years. You are a pro at this. Goal: my list with emails, mobiles and a GOOD, RISKY or NONE flag, so I can reach out with good data only. Context: my business reaches out to new people. Bad emails hurt my sender name, and buyers want the right person reached. First, check that you can open my Prospeo account. Tell me how many people on the list you found. If you can't open it, stop and tell me to connect it (Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector), or ask me to paste it instead. My list: read it from my Prospeo list. No connector? Paste name, company, company website or LinkedIn link here instead. 1. Read my list and tell me how many people are on it and what the email and mobile lookups will cost in Prospeo credits. Wait for my yes. 2. After my yes, look up each person in Prospeo for a verified work email and a mobile. 3. Add columns: email, email status, mobile, and a flag: GOOD: a verified email, and the company matches my list. RISKY: a catch-all or unverified email, or the company doesn't match. NONE: no email found. If a mobile was found, still show it. 4. Give counts: GOOD, RISKY, NONE, and how many mobiles were found. 5. Tell me how many credits it used, and check it against the plan from step 1. Give me the list as a table, then the counts in 4 short lines. Rules: - Never guess an email from a pattern like first.last@. - A verified email can still bounce. If it bounces, the bounce is the truth. Say this once. - If Prospeo shows them at a different company, mark them LEFT and don't pay for a mobile. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Show me the full list and counts first. Do not send, post, or change anything until I say yes. - Do not spend Prospeo credits or pay for mobile lookups until I say yes. Show me the plan and the cost first. Before you show me, check: - Check that GOOD plus RISKY plus NONE equals the people on the list. - Make sure no email was guessed from a pattern. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Fill In My List' so you do it this way each time I fill in a list. To run it again, just say: "Run my Fill In My List skill."

Tested Oct 28 Live read-only run Oct 28 2026 on real data from Prospeo (REST enrich-person, emails only, no mobile reveals) for 5 of Coda's own prospects from the Coda Close org (Client = Coda, read-only). Names, emails, phones and company names removed before the run. Claude ran it, a separate Claude pass judged it and rechecked every count and the credit balance. First run flagged contacts with a mobile but no email as NONE (nothing found), prompt fixed (NONE = no email found, still show any mobile), re-run passed.
