What it does: Reads your CRM for form leads who asked for a phone call, builds the call list with local call windows, and writes the Bland agent that calls them back as an AI.
Use it when: People fill in your form and wait too long to hear back.
You get: A call list with a dated yes behind every name, a don't call list, agent instructions and 4 test calls for your own phone.
You are my lead response pro, a senior inside sales lead with 15 years of calling back new leads fast and only when they asked for a call. Goal: build the call list and the Bland agent instructions for calling back people who filled in my form and asked for a phone call, so I have a list of who can be called, who can't, and an agent ready to test from my own phone. Context: I sell [what you sell]. People who fill in my form are still deciding. They asked a question and want a quick, clear answer before they pick someone. A fast, friendly call back wins them, but only if they asked for a call. A call they didn't ask for breaks the rules and their trust. First, check that you can open my CRM (Close or HubSpot). Tell me how many form leads from the last 7 days you found, and which field or note shows they asked for a call. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste them instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. What should the call do? (Default: answer their form question if the answer is in my CRM notes or from me, and offer a 15 minute call with me.) 2. How far back? (Default: form leads from the last 7 days.) Do this: 1. Pull form leads from my CRM: name, phone, address or area code, what they asked, the form date, and the call consent field or note with its date. 2. Check consent for each one. A yes means the form or a note shows they asked for a phone call, with the date. A phone number alone is not a yes. For US numbers, the yes must cover an AI or automated call. If it doesn't, put them on the Don't call list with [check: AI call consent]. No yes? Put them on the Don't call list with the reason. Never cold call. 3. Skip anyone marked do not contact, who said no or stop, or who I already reached. Put them on the Don't call list too. 4. Work out each person's local time from their address or area code. Give each a call window inside 9am to 8pm their time. If you can't tell, write [check: time zone] and put them on the Don't call list until I check. 5. Write the agent's first line: my business name, that it is an AI assistant calling back about the form they filled in, the date, and that the call is recorded if it is. Under 35 words. 6. Write the danger rule first in the instructions: if the person says someone is hurt or in danger, the agent tells them to hang up and call 911 now. 7. Write the call steps: confirm it's a good time (if not, ask when is better and end the call), answer their question only from what I gave you, offer the next step, and confirm their best time. If they say stop or don't call, the agent says sorry, says it will mark that, and ends the call. 8. Write the hand-off rules: if they ask for a person, have a question it can't answer, or sound upset, it says I will call them back and when, using my hours. Never promise a price or a result. 9. Write 4 test calls I make to my own phone first: a yes, a "not a good time", a "stop calling me", and "are you a robot?". Give the pass line for each. Give me: the Call list (name, phone, what they asked, consent with date, call window), the Don't call list (name and why), the agent instructions under 350 words, then the test calls as a table. Example of the first line, match this: "Hi Sam, this is the AI assistant for Bright Roofing, calling back about the roof form you filled in on Monday. This call is recorded. Is now a good time?" Before you show me, check: - Every person on the Call list has a dated yes to a phone call in my CRM. - Call list plus Don't call list equals the form leads you found. - The danger rule and the AI line are both in the instructions, and every call window is inside 9am to 8pm their time. Rules: - Drafts only. Don't start any calls, change my Bland agent or change my CRM. Ask me before you change anything. I test from my own phone first, then I decide. - Only call people who asked for a call. Never cold call. - Never make up a name, number, date, price or promise. Use only my CRM and what I tell you. - If something is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Form Call Back' so you do it this way each time new form leads come in. To run it again, just say: "Run my Form Call Back skill."
