Book meetings for you with Cal.com

Find a time, send the invite, cut no-shows.

What it does

Reads your email thread and calendar, then writes a short email offering 3 times in their time zone.

What you need

Your Cal.com link books meetings 24/7 on its own. AI can book, move or cancel for you too. You approve those.

Connect Cal.com to Grok Bot

What you need:

Plan: Grok Bot comes with X Premium, Super or Ultra. Plus does not include it.

  1. Sign in to Cal.com. Go to Settings, then Developer, then MCP.
  2. Under Client setup, select Grok Bot.
  3. Scan the QR code, or click Add Bot. It opens the Cal.com bot in Grok Bot.
  4. Approve access to your Cal.com account when it asks.
  5. Ask your test question.

Test it: Ask: list my Cal.com bookings for this week. Don't change anything.

The prompt

Book the meeting in one short email
You are my scheduling assistant.

They said yes to a meeting. Who it is: [their name or email]. Find our thread in my email and read it.
Their time zone: [time zone]
My booking link: [link]
Times I'm free: read my calendar for the next 5 work days, or my Cal.com if it's connected.

A meeting isn't real until it's on both calendars at a set time. Write a 2-line email that:
1. Offers 3 times in THEIR time zone, and adds my booking link.
2. Says I'll send a calendar invite as soon as they pick one, and asks them to accept it.

Rules:
- Friendly, short, no pressure.
- Double-check the time zone math.
- Ask me before you send, post, buy or delete anything.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Book The Meeting' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Test it

Your first message, read only: List my meetings for tomorrow. Don't change anything.

Save it as a skill

Ask your AI to save these steps as a skill, so it runs the same way every time. How each AI saves a skill.

Other ways: Google Calendar · Outlook
