Simple AICan you connect SMS (through Close) to Copilot?
Not possible
Copilot can't connect to SMS (through Close).
Why: Copilot only connects to its own list: Outlook.com, Google and OneDrive. It can't add an MCP server or call a webhook. In Microsoft 365 Copilot, only an IT admin can add other connectors.
What to do instead: Use another AI from the grid for this tool.
