Connect HubSpot to Copilot

What you need:

• A Microsoft 365 Copilot license (work)
• A Microsoft 365 admin adds the HubSpot agent first
• A HubSpot account

Plan: Microsoft 365 Copilot only.

1. Open Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, or Copilot in Teams.
2. In the left sidebar, under Agents, select HubSpot.
3. Type a prompt and press Enter.
4. When it asks, select Sign in to HubSpot.
5. Pick your HubSpot account and the permissions, then select Connect app.

Test it: Ask: show my 3 newest contacts in HubSpot.

What it can do: Read contacts, companies, deals, tickets and notes. Can make and update records.

What it can't do: It can't delete. It changes 10 records at most at a time. It can't see Sensitive Data.

Not in the free Copilot app. Read only.
