Connect HubSpot to ChatGPT

What you need:

• A HubSpot account. Not a Super Admin? A Super Admin approves the app first.

Plan: Any OpenAI account. All HubSpot plans.

1. In ChatGPT, click your profile icon at the bottom left, then Settings.
2. Click Plugins. (HubSpot's page still calls it Apps.)
3. Select HubSpot, then click Connect.
4. Click Continue to HubSpot and sign in.
5. Pick your HubSpot account and the permissions, then click Connect App.
6. In a chat, click + then More, then HubSpot.

Test it: Ask: show my 3 newest contacts in HubSpot.

What it can do: Read contacts, companies, deals, tickets and notes. Can make and update records.

What it can't do: It can't delete. It changes 10 records at most at a time. It can't see Sensitive Data.

HubSpot says to set Write tools to Needs Approval.
