Connect QuickBooks to Claude Code

What you need:

• A claude.ai plan, signed in to Claude Code
• An active US QuickBooks Online plan

Plan: A claude.ai plan.

1. On claude.ai, add Intuit QuickBooks first: Customize, then Connectors. Finish the sign in there.
2. In Claude Code, run /status. If it is not your claude.ai login, run /login.
3. Run /mcp. Intuit QuickBooks shows in the list as from claude.ai.

Test it: Ask: show my open invoices in QuickBooks.

What it can do: See invoices, customers and reports. Can make, send and delete invoices.

What it can't do: US QuickBooks Online only. It can't run payroll yet.

Claude Code's docs say claude.ai connectors show in Claude Code. The QuickBooks listing names Claude, not Claude Code.
