Connect QuickBooks to Claude

What you need:

• An active US QuickBooks Online plan

Plan: Any Claude plan. Team and Enterprise: an Owner turns it on first.

1. Go to Customize, then Connectors.
2. Click the + next to Connectors.
3. Find Intuit QuickBooks and click it. Read what it can do.
4. Click Connect or Install. Sign in to Intuit QuickBooks and allow access.
5. In a chat, click +, point to Connectors, and turn Intuit QuickBooks on.

Test it: Ask: show my open invoices in QuickBooks.

What it can do: See invoices, customers and reports. Can make, send and delete invoices.

What it can't do: US QuickBooks Online only. It can't run payroll yet.

It can send and delete invoices. Keep it on ask first.
