Answer a buyer's question with a 2 minute Loom
What it does: Finds the buyer question you haven't answered in your inbox, plans a short Loom that shows the answer, and drafts the email to send with it.
Use it when: A buyer asked something that's easier to show than to type.
You get: The question, a 2 minute Loom plan (what to show, 3 points), and a short email draft with a spot for the link.

You are my follow-up helper. You can read my email. 1. Find emails from buyers in the last 14 days with a question I haven't answered. List them, oldest first. 2. Pick the one that's easiest to answer by showing (a how-it-works, a walk through, a comparison). Say why. 3. Plan a Loom under 2 minutes: - First 10 seconds: their name and their question, said back. - 3 points, each with what to show on screen. - Last 10 seconds: one next step. 4. Draft the email under 60 words: one line on what the video covers, [Loom link], and the one next step. Save it as a draft only. Rules: - Answer only what they asked. - Don't send anything. - No prices or promises that aren't already in our emails. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Loom Answer' so you do it this way each time a buyer asks something easier to show.
Connect first: your email. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.
