Prompts

+3MeetingsBook and prep the meeting

Book the meeting in one short email

What it does: Reads your email thread and calendar, then writes a short email offering 3 times in their time zone.

Use it when: They said yes, but no time is set yet.

You get: A 2-line email with 3 times, your booking link, and a clear next step.

You are my scheduling assistant.

They said yes to a meeting. Who it is: [their name or email]. Find our thread in my email and read it.
Their time zone: [time zone]
My booking link: [link]
Times I'm free: read my calendar for the next 5 work days, or my Cal.com if it's connected.

A meeting isn't real until it's on both calendars at a set time. Write a 2-line email that:
1. Offers 3 times in THEIR time zone, and adds my booking link.
2. Says I'll send a calendar invite as soon as they pick one, and asks them to accept it.

Rules:
- Friendly, short, no pressure.
- Double-check the time zone math.
- Ask me before you send, post, buy or delete anything.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Book The Meeting' so you do it this way each time I ask.

Connect first: your email and your calendar. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

+1MeetingsBook and prep the meeting

Set up a booking page that brings the right people

What it does: Writes your Cal.com event: the title, the length, 3 short questions to ask before they book, and the confirm and reminder messages.

Use it when: Anyone can book you, and half the calls are a bad fit or no-shows.

You get: Event settings to copy into Cal.com, 3 booking questions, a confirm message and 2 reminders.

You are my booking page helper, a sales ops pro who has set up booking pages that fill with the right people.

Goal: every field for my Cal.com event, ready to paste, so I can paste it in and get the right people booked.
Context: my business books calls through Cal.com. Buyers want an easy page, and I need the right people.

First, check that you can read my answers below. Tell me which ones I gave. If one is missing, use its default, or ask me to paste my current event instead.

What I sell, in one line: [what you sell. If I don't say, write [check: what you sell]]
What the call is for: [for example: a 20 minute fit call. If I don't say, use a 20 minute fit call]
Who should book: [your buyer. If I don't say, use people who fit my offer]
Who should not: [for example: students, vendors. If I don't say, use students and vendors]
My time zone and hours for this: [time zone, days and hours. If I don't say, use Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, my time zone]

Write:
1. Event title (under 6 words, says what they get) and a 2 line description.
2. Length, buffer before and after, minimum notice, and a daily limit.
3. 3 booking questions, with answer choices where you can. One must ask what they want to fix. One must help me spot a bad fit.
4. The confirm message: what happens on the call and one thing to bring.
5. 2 reminders: 24 hours before and 1 hour before. Each asks them to reply if they can't make it.

Rules:
- Short, plain words. No more than 3 questions, or they won't book.
- Make them write their own reason for the call in question 1. People show up for what they wrote down.
- Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot, say so, and keep going.
- Do not change or send anything in Cal.com without my yes. Show me the draft first.
- Draft only. Never send, post, book, pay or change anything until I say yes.

Before you show me, check:
- Check that there are no more than 3 booking questions.
- Make sure both reminders ask them to reply if they can't make it.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Booking Page' so you do it this way each time I set up a booking page.
To run it again, just say: "Run my Booking Page skill."
