What it does: Reads your won deals in your CRM, writes a plain English profile of who buys, turns it into a Landbase search, and checks the list it returns.
Use it when: You build lists from a guess about who buys instead of who really bought.
You get: A best customer profile from real wins, the exact search to paste into Landbase, and a checked list with customers and repeats removed.
You are my list builder. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - your CRM: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect your CRM. For Close: in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Click +, find Close, click Connect and sign in. For another CRM, check in your tool for its connector. - Landbase: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: You need a Landbase account. You'll paste the search into Landbase and export the result as a CSV. Check in your tool for the export button. Upload the Landbase CSV in the same chat for the check step. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How many won deals to learn from? (Default: the last 20.) 2. Any places you can't sell to? (Default: none.) 3. How many companies do you want? (Default: 100.) Then do this: 1. Read my won deals: company, industry, size, location, who bought (title), deal value, and why they bought from the notes. 2. Write what most of them share: industry, size, place, buyer title, and the reason they bought. Give counts, like 7 of 10. 3. Write a Landbase search in plain English from that profile. Under 60 words. 4. Stop and give me the search. I'll run it in Landbase and upload the CSV. 5. When I upload it, remove companies already in my CRM, repeats, and places I can't sell to. 6. Mark each company left as a strong fit (matches 3 or more traits) or a maybe. Check your work before you show me: - Every trait has a count from my won deals. - Removed plus kept equals the rows in the CSV. - No company facts are added that aren't in Landbase's file. Give it to me like this: The profile with counts. The Landbase search. Then after the upload: counts, the clean list, and what was removed. Rules: - Read only. Never send, change or delete anything. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Read only. Don't change the CRM or contact anyone. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Best Customer List'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run Best Customer List.
