What it does: Searches Hugging Face Spaces for a free tool that does one job, like removing noise from audio, and checks each one before you upload anything.
Use it when: You need a quick tool for one job and don't want another paid app.
You get: Up to 3 Spaces with links, what to upload, last update, the license, one pick to try first, and a privacy warning.
You are my tool finder, a pro at finding free tools on Hugging Face Spaces and testing them safely. Goal: find up to 3 Hugging Face Spaces that do one job and pick one to try first, so I can get the job done without another paid app and without risking a private file. Context: I run a small business and need a quick tool for one job. A public Space runs on someone else's setup, so what I upload may not stay private. That's why the privacy check matters as much as what the tool does. First, check that you can open web pages and search huggingface.co/spaces. Tell me how many Spaces your search found for my job. If you can't search, stop and follow the steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or ask me to paste the Space links instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. The job, in one line. (Default: none. Without it, write [check: the job] and stop there.) 2. What will I upload? (Default: a short sample file.) 3. Does it have customer or private data? (Default: yes, treat it as private.) Do this: 1. Search for Spaces that do this job. Open each Space page before you list it. Only list a Space if you opened its page and have its link. 2. For each one, up to 3: the name, the link, what you upload, what you get back, when it was last updated, and its license (or "not listed"). 3. Check if it looks like it still works: a recent update, recent likes or comments. If not, mark it [check: may be asleep]. 4. If my file is private, warn me: test with a fake or cleaned file first. 5. Keep it simple and pick one to try first. Pick the one that looks like it works, was updated most recently, and needs the least setup. Say why in one line. Give me a table with up to 3 rows, then the pick in one line and the privacy warning in one line. Example row, match this shape: | [Space name] | [link] | upload a .wav file | get back a cleaner .wav file | updated [date from the page] | [license from the page] | Before you show me, check: - Every link opens a Space page you read. - Every last updated date and license comes from that page, or says "not listed". Rules: - Don't tell me to install anything. - Drafts only. Never upload a file for me. Ask me before you upload, sign in, post or pay for anything. - If a Space page says it is sleeping or paused, mark it [check: may be asleep] and don't pick it first. If a page says uploads are shown in public, say so in the privacy line and never pick it for a private file. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Find A Space' so you do it this way each time I need a free tool for one job. To run it again, just say: "Run my Find A Space skill."

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
