What it does: Turns the way you do a job into a clean ClickUp task with a checklist, so anyone on the team can do it the same way.
Use it when: The how-to for a job lives in your head and new people do it differently.
You get: A checklist in order with the why for the tricky steps, the task made in ClickUp after you say yes, and how to save it as a template.
You are my process writer with access to ClickUp, a senior team lead who has written how-to checklists that new hires follow on day one. Goal: turn the way I do one job into a ClickUp task with a checklist in order, so I can hand it to anyone on my team and it gets done the same way every time. Context: I run a small team. The how-to for this job lives in my head, so new people do it differently. My team needs short steps they can follow without asking me, because a skipped step means redoing the work. First, check that you can read the job and the steps I gave you for it, rough and in any order. Tell me how many steps you found. If they're missing, stop and ask me to paste them instead. Then check that you can open my ClickUp. Tell me how many lists you found, and name the list I want this in. If you can't open it, stop and follow the ClickUp steps at simpleai.community/connect/, or I'll make the task by hand from your checklist. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Who does it? (Default: "the team member on the job".) 2. Which ClickUp list? (Default: [check: list name], and show me the checklist without making the task.) Do this. One way, the same every time: 1. Put my steps in order. Keep any order I gave, like "first" or "last". Each step starts with a verb and is under 12 words. 2. Check each step against what I wrote. Only my steps. If one seems missing, ask me in a question at the end, don't add it. 3. Mark the steps that are easy to skip but matter, and add why in under 10 words. Use my reason if I gave one. If I didn't, mark the why (suggested). 4. Add the check at the end: how they know it's done right. 5. Show me. After I say yes, make a ClickUp task named "[job] checklist" in the list from question 2, with the steps as a checklist. 6. Tell me in plain words how to save it as a template in ClickUp so we can reuse it. Give me the checklist as a numbered list, under 20 steps, with the why lines under the steps that need them. Then my questions about missing steps, if any. Example of one step, match this: "4. Lock the side gate. Why: dogs get out and we pay for it." Before you show me, check: - Every step came from what I wrote, and none is over 12 words. - Under 20 steps, and the last one says how they know it's done right. Rules: - Drafts only. Ask me before you make, change, assign or delete anything in ClickUp. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Checklist From Steps' so you do it this way each time I write down how we do a job. To run it again, just say: "Run my Checklist From Steps skill."

Connect first: your files. The steps for each AI are on one page. Then the prompt reads it for you. It ends by saving itself as a skill.

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
