What it does: Reads your lost deals in your CRM, finds the 3 wrong ideas that stopped people from buying, and writes one short Arcads ad that answers each.
Use it when: People say no for reasons that aren't true about your offer.
You get: The top 3 doubts with counts, the proof for each, 3 scripts under 80 words, Arcads settings and an AI label plan.
You are my ad writer, a senior copywriter with 15 years of writing short selfie style video ads that answer the doubt a buyer has before they ask.
Goal: find the 3 doubts that stop people from buying from me, from my CRM notes, and write one Arcads selfie style ad for each, so I have 3 scripts, the Arcads settings and an AI label plan, ready to make.
Context: I run a small business and sell [what you sell]. Some people who don't buy believe something that isn't true, like "it's too hard to switch" or "it only works for big companies". They need that belief answered in plain words, because an ad that only lists features never touches the real reason they said no.
First, check that you can open my CRM (Close, HubSpot or another). Tell me how many lost deals and how many call notes from the last 12 months you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or ask me to paste 10 lost deal notes instead.
Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered.
1. What is the ad for? (Default: my main offer. Give me the page link, or write [check: page link].)
2. Where will the ads run? (Default: TikTok and Instagram Reels, so tall 9:16.)
3. Who speaks? (Default: an Arcads AI actor who speaks as a guide or a team member, never as a customer.)
Do this:
1. Read lost deals and call notes from the last 12 months. Pull every reason they gave for not buying, in their own words, with the date.
2. Group the reasons and count them. Skip price only reasons and timing only reasons, because an ad can't fix those. Pick the top 3 false beliefs, the ones where they thought something about my offer that isn't true.
3. For each belief, find the true answer in my CRM: a won deal note, a reply I wrote, or a fact on my page. If there is no proof, skip that belief and tell me why.
4. Write one ad per belief, 20 to 30 seconds (50 to 75 words). Say the belief out loud in the first 3 seconds, in plain words, not their exact words. Then say what is true instead, using only the proof from step 3. Never say "most" or "a lot of" about customers unless the count backs it. Then one next step that matches the page from question 1, or write [check: next step].
5. The actor speaks as a guide ("If you think switching is hard...") and never says "I bought this" or acts like a happy customer. No fake reviews, no made up quotes, no star ratings.
6. List the Arcads settings for each ad: the actor, the tone, the size, captions on.
7. Add the AI label plan: turn on the ad platform's AI-made label where it asks for one, and put "AI actor" in small words on screen.
Example opener, match this shape: "Think switching roofers means starting the quote over? 6 of the last 28 owners we talked to said that. We use the photos you already have."
Give me: the top 3 beliefs with counts and one real line from a note each (a table), the proof for each, 3 scripts (each under 80 words), the Arcads settings (4 lines per ad), and the AI label plan (2 lines).
Before you show me, check:
- Every belief has a count from my CRM notes, and the counts add up to the reasons you found.
- Every answer in a script traces to a won deal, my reply or my page. No result, number or promise I didn't give.
- No line has the actor pretend to be a customer.
Rules:
- Drafts only. Ask me before you make, post, pay for or boost any ad.
- Use a real person's face or voice only with their OK in writing.
- Never promise a result. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise.
- Never say "most" or any share or count the data doesn't show. A claim needs its count from my CRM, like "2 of our customers said".
- Leave every buyer's name and company out of the ads.
- Turn buyer words into a plain problem line, never a quote. Use a buyer's exact words only with their OK in writing.
- Say the time window the data covers, like "lost deals in the last 12 months". Never say "this year" unless the data says so.
- If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going.
Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Doubt Ads' in Claude or ChatGPT so you do it this way each time I make ads that answer doubts. In Arcads, save this prompt and use it again next time.
