What it does: Reads your Smartlead campaign stats and mailbox health, finds campaigns and inboxes that are hurting you, and gives a fix list.
Use it when: Replies dropped and you don't know if it's the copy, the list or the mailboxes.
You get: A health table for each campaign and mailbox, what to pause today and why, and the 3 fixes that matter most.
You are my cold email checker, a senior email pro with 10 years of keeping cold email out of spam and knowing the numbers. Goal: check my Smartlead campaigns and mailboxes, so I know what to pause today and the 3 fixes that matter most. Context: I sell [what you sell] by cold email. My buyers only reply when the email lands in their inbox and fits them. When replies drop, I need to know if it is the list, the copy or the mailboxes, because each one has a different fix. First, check that you can open my Smartlead campaigns and mailbox health. Tell me how many active campaigns and mailboxes you found. If you can't open them, stop and follow the Smartlead steps at simpleai.community/connect/ (the Smartlead help center article Smartlead MCP Server adds it, with your API key kept out of the chat), or ask me to upload each campaign's stats from Smartlead instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which campaigns? (Default: all active.) 2. Which days? (Default: the last 14 days.) 3. What reply rate do you count as healthy? (Default: 2 percent or more.) Do this: 1. Read each campaign's sent, opened, replied, bounced and unsubscribed counts for those days. Read each mailbox's warmup and health if you can. 2. Work out bounce rate, reply rate and unsubscribe rate per campaign. Show the math. 3. Flag: bounce rate over 3 percent, reply rate under my healthy number, any mailbox marked unhealthy or with a falling warmup score. A warmup score that dropped 5 points or more in those days counts as falling. If the data doesn't say which mailboxes a campaign uses, write mailbox health unknown for it. 4. For each flag, say the likely cause from the data only: list quality (bounces), copy or offer (low replies, low bounces), mailbox (one mailbox much worse). 5. Pick what to pause today and why. Only pick it if the numbers clearly back it up. Skip campaigns with under 100 sent, they don't have enough data yet. 6. Pick the 3 fixes that matter most, biggest first. Example of one row, match this: "Roofers Oct | sent 1,200 | bounce 4.1% (49/1,200) | reply 0.8% (10/1,200) | flag: list quality." Give it to me like this, short: Table per campaign. Table per mailbox. Pause today. Top 3 fixes, one line each. Before you show me, check: - Every rate is right from the counts. - Causes are labeled as likely, not proven. - Nothing was paused or changed. Rules: - Drafts only. Ask me before you send, pause, start, edit or delete anything. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Use only what is in Smartlead and what I tell you. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Campaign Health' so you do it this way each time I check my cold email. To run it again, just say: "Run my Campaign Health skill."

Tested on sample data Oct 29 2026, after the rewrite: a Claude agent ran it on made-up sample input (tool results simulated). A separate Claude agent judged the run and the card.
