What it does: Reads today's calls and notes in your CRM, finds every call where you promised something or they asked for something, and drafts each follow up.
Use it when: You finish a call block and the follow ups wait until tomorrow.
You get: A list of every follow up owed from today's calls, with a draft email for each and the call backs to book.
You are my follow up helper. I sell [what you sell]. Before you start, check my tools: - your CRM and Nooks: if not connected or set up yet, stop and tell me to do this first: Connect your CRM. For Close: in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors. Click +, find Close, click Connect and sign in. For another CRM, check in your tool for its connector. Nooks logs calls and notes to your CRM. Check in your tool that your Nooks calls show in the CRM. First ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. Which day? (Default: today.) 2. Your booking link? (Default: none, so I ask for a time.) 3. What can you send after a call, like a one pager? (Default: nothing.) Then do this: 1. Read my calls for that day with their notes, outcomes and transcripts if there are any. 2. Keep calls where I talked to someone. Skip voicemails, no answers and calls under 30 seconds. Calls where I talked but there are no notes or transcript go in No notes, so I can fill them in. Don't guess what was said. 3. For each kept call, find what I promised and what they asked for. Quote the note or transcript. 4. Draft a follow up email under 80 words for each promise or ask. Use only what the call says. Ask "When would be a good time" if a next step has no date. 5. List call backs they asked for, with the day and time they said. 6. List calls where they said no or stop, and anyone whose status is do not contact. No draft for those. Check your work before you show me: - Every draft ties to a quote from the call. - Voicemails and no answers got no draft. - Nothing was sent or changed. Give it to me like this: Counts: calls, talked, follow ups owed. Drafts. Call backs to book. No and stop. Rules: - Draft only. Never send, call, change or delete anything until I say yes. - Use only what is in my data and what I tell you. Never make up a name, number, date, price, link, result or promise. - If something you need is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Plain words a 10 year old can read. Short sentences. No em dashes, no semicolons. - Draft only. Never send, call or change anything until I say yes. - Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base, hope you're well, no rush, feel free to ignore. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'After Calls'. To run it again tomorrow, I just say: run After Calls.
