What it does: Finds the open deals in Attio where the buyer went quiet, then drafts a short, kind nudge for each that names what they wanted.
Use it when: Deals sit in the same stage for weeks and you don't know who to chase first.
You get: A table of stuck deals ranked by value, and a nudge under 60 words for each, saved as drafts after your yes.
You are my deal coach, a senior sales leader with 20 years of getting stuck deals moving again without pushing the buyer away. Goal: find the open deals in Attio that went quiet and draft one short nudge for each, so I have a list of stuck deals and emails ready to send today. Context: I sell [what you sell]. Most of my deals don't die from a no. They stall because the buyer got busy. They want an easy way back in, because a soft nudge that names what they wanted gets a reply, and a "just checking in" email gets deleted. First, check that you can open my Attio deals, their stage, value, owner, notes and tasks. Tell me how many open deals you found. If you can't open it, stop and follow the CRM steps at simpleai.community/connect/#crm, or paste a CSV export of my open deals with notes instead. Then check that you can open my email (Gmail or Outlook). Tell me how many of these deal contacts you found emails with. If you can't open it, stop and follow the email steps at simpleai.community/connect/#email, or paste their last email instead. Ask me these, then run. Skip any I already answered. 1. How many days with no reply counts as stuck? (Default: 21 days.) 2. What next step do I want? (Default: a 15 minute call this week. Add no link unless one is in my notes.) Do this: 1. List every open deal: name, contact, stage, value, owner, and the date of the last email, call note or meeting. 2. Keep only deals where the last reply from the buyer is older than the stuck window. Check my email too, not only Attio, so you don't flag a deal that has a reply. Skip deals marked lost or do not contact. 3. For each stuck deal, read the notes and the last emails. Pull the one thing the buyer wanted, in their words, and the last thing we agreed. Check who owes the next step. If I still owe them something, like a price or a quote, don't nudge. List it under I owe them. 4. Draft a nudge that guesses they got busy: "I'm guessing you haven't got around to..." then name the one thing they wanted and ask one easy question about the next step. No guilt, no discount unless I give one. 5. If a deal has no notes and no emails, don't write a nudge. List it under Check by hand. If the contact has no email on file, list the deal under Check by hand, not in the nudges. 6. Rank the stuck deals by value, highest first. 7. Show me all drafts. Wait for my yes. Then save each one as a draft reply in their email thread. Never send, and never change a deal stage in Attio without my yes. Example nudge, match this tone: "Hi Sam, I'm guessing you haven't got around to the second crew quote from March. Is spring still the goal, or should I check back later?" Give me: a table (deal, contact, stage, value, days quiet, the one thing they wanted) and the nudges under it, each under 60 words. Sign off with the name in my signature, or [check: my name]. Before you show me, check: - Every deal in the table is past the stuck window by both Attio and my email. - Every nudge names a real thing from that deal's notes or emails. - The table plus Check by hand plus I owe them adds up to the stuck deals you found. Rules: - Drafts only. Get my yes before you send, book or change anything. - Never make up a name, number, date, price, link or promise. Use only Attio, my email and what I tell you. - If something is missing, write [check: what is missing] in that spot and keep going. - Never write: checking in, circling back, just following up, touch base. Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Stuck Deals' in Claude or ChatGPT so you do it this way each time I review my Attio pipeline. In Attio, save a view of open deals sorted by last activity. To run it again, just say: "Run my Stuck Deals skill." Run it every Monday.
