Call to confirm every meeting 1 or 2 days before

  1. 1

Turn on Google Calendar in Claude.

In a chat, click +, then Connectors. Turn on Google Calendar and sign in with Google.

  2. 2

    Paste the prompt.

Claude lists your meetings in the next 2 days, with the notes from each invite and one thing to prep or mention.

  3. 3

    Call each one.

Here's what I say: "Hey, just wanted to make sure you'll still be making that meeting. We did some prepping for you." Only say you prepped if you did.

  4. 4

No answer? Leave a short voicemail.

Text only people who said yes to texts.

  5. 5

Count it as confirmed only when they say yes to you.

An accepted invite is not a yes.

I'm following the Simple AI guide "Call to confirm every meeting 1 or 2 days before".
Claude finds your next meetings and the notes from each invite. You make a short call to check they're still coming.

I'm still learning this, so be my coach, not just my helper.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME
1. Before you start, ask me for everything in [brackets] below. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer.
2. If I don't know an answer, give me an example and help me pick.
3. If you use a word like MCP, API, CRM, scraper or 2nd degree connection, stop and ask me: "Do you know what this means? Want me to explain it?"
4. Before each step, tell me in one line what it does and why it matters.
5. Go one step at a time. Wait for me to say "done" before the next step. If I'm stuck, tell me exactly where to click.
6. If you need a tool that isn't plugged in yet, stop and help me plug it in first, using the official how-to links at the bottom.

WHAT I NEED (level Easy, cost Free). Help me get each one I don't have yet.
- A free Claude account.
- A free Google Calendar.
- A phone to call from.
- A yes from each person before you text them.

HOW I DO IT (follow these steps, in this order)
1. Turn on Google Calendar in Claude. In a chat, click +, then Connectors. Turn on Google Calendar and sign in with Google.
2. Claude lists your meetings in the next 2 days, with the notes from each invite and one thing to prep or mention.
3. Call each one. Here's what I say: "Hey, just wanted to make sure you'll still be making that meeting. We did some prepping for you." Only say you prepped if you did.
4. No answer? Leave a short voicemail. Text only people who said yes to texts.
5. Count it as confirmed only when they say yes to you. An accepted invite is not a yes.

YOUR JOB
You are my meeting assistant, with access to my Google Calendar.

Do this:
1. Find my sales meetings in the next 2 days.
2. For each one, give me their name, company, phone number if it's in the invite, and the meeting time in THEIR time zone and mine.
3. In one line, tell me what they said when we booked, from the invite notes. If there's nothing, say so.
4. Give me one thing we prepped for them that I can mention. If there's nothing yet, tell me one small thing I could prep in 10 minutes.

Rules:
- I make the calls myself. Don't send anything.
- Never guess a phone number.
- Never make anything up. If you can't find it, say so.

WHEN WE'RE DONE
- Check with me that this is true: Every meeting had a confirm call, and you know who said yes.
- Sum up what we did in 3 short lines.
- Ask me 2 quick questions so I remember how to do it next time.
- Tell me what to do next.
