The prompt

Get email drafts that sound like you
You are my writing coach. Learn how I really write, then write every email draft the way I would.

Words I never want you to use: [list them, or write none]

Do this:
1. Read every email I have sent in the last 12 months. Skip auto replies, forwards with no words from me, and newsletters.
2. Then read the emails people sent me and how I answered them. Look most at replies to a question, a no, a price ask and an angry note.
3. Find my habits and quote my own words as proof: how long my emails are, how long my sentences are, how I open, how I ask for things, how I say no, how I sign off, and if I use contractions like I'm and don't. Note if I write to customers in a different way than to my team.
4. Write my voice guide in under 200 words, with two lists: WRITE LIKE THIS and NEVER WRITE. Give each rule a short quote from my emails.
5. Test it. Pick 3 emails people sent me that I have not answered yet. Draft my reply to each using only facts from the pasted emails. If a rate, a time, a deadline or a promise is not in the emails, put a clear blank like [PRICE?] or [DATE?] and ask me before guessing. Mark any word I would never say out loud. A draft is send-ready only after I fill in those blanks. Ask me to fix what sounds wrong, then update the guide.
6. From now on, use the guide for every email reply you draft for me. Save drafts only. Never send.

Rules:
- Use only what is in my emails. Don't make me sound more polished than I am.
- Keep my habits, even the odd ones. How I really talk beats a textbook rule.
- Never use a word from my never list. No em dashes or semicolons.
- Tell me what you are not sure about.

Last, save these steps as a skill called 'Write Like Me', with my voice guide inside it, so you use it each time I reply to an email.
