Connect Google Calendar to Gemini

What you need:

• A Google account

Plan: A Google account, age 13 or up. Keep Activity on. Work or school accounts need the admin to allow it.

1. Go to gemini.google.com. Sign in with the same Google account as your Google Calendar.
2. In the sidebar, click Customize. If you don't find it, click More first.
3. At the top, click Connectors.
4. Find Google Workspace and click Add. Follow the steps on the screen.
5. In a chat, type @ and pick Google Calendar.

Test it: Ask: what meetings do I have tomorrow?

What it can do: Read your calendar and find free time. Some AIs can add or change events.

What it can't do: It only sees calendars your account can see.

Gmail, Calendar and Drive come in one app called Google Workspace. Google's docs also show Settings, then Connected Apps.
